Climax bursts cooling review

I recently tried Climax Bursts Cooling Lube and was pleasantly surprised by it. My past experience with sensation-based lube was an adventure - nay, an exercise in agony and defeat.
So, I was skeptical when I took a look at Climax Bursts. I was remembering the intense tingling that bordered on burning very quickly that I had experienced with the last sensation-enhancing lube. My boyfriend used just a little bit on my clit as I cringed in anticipation of a potentially unpleasant situation. And then, nothing. It felt like lube. And then it slowly cooled down.
It didn’t feel like dry ice on my clitoris or like frostbite. It was cool and getting cooler and really pleasant. So, I we worked some inside me and I was actually digging on it. The Climax Bursts was creating this really fantastic contrast between the temperature of my more outer and inner skin. It tingled and felt frosty and nice. I touched myself expecting to feel that my lady parts were newly refrigerated. It wasn’t.
Basically, what I am telling you is that it was like a minty gum commercial going on between my legs. And I liked it!
I grabbed my boyfriend to see if he could help me warm it up and I will say that the cooling sensations lasted well into sex. I suspect that they mostly wore off when the lube did. That brings me to the biggest problem with this particular product.
The biggest issues is that it is superior as a sensation gel but pretty mediocre as a lube. It got sticky and wore off quickly. There are plenty of better lubricants out on the market. But, Climax Bursts definitely has a nice strength - great cooling effects without being overwhelming. I know I will be going back to this futuristic bottle again!

I'm a HUGE fan of Climax H20 lube and enjoy cooling lubes as a general rule. I really need to give some of Topco's "Burst" lubes a try, and this sounds like an excellent place to start. Thanks!

Does it have little beads in it? If so, what were they like?
Epiphora - It does have little beads in it but you don't really "feel" them as they seem to burst right away.
Nice review! Looks like interesting stuff. I've tried a warming lube before, and didn't like it too much, but I've never ventured into a cooling lube - may have to give it a shot.
Sounds interesting. I have an on again off again relationship with waring lubes and I've actually heard that warming is detrimental so this might be something for me to try!

How long did it last? My problem with these types of things is that they numb me just enough to completely prevent my orgasm...which is great for orgasm denial, but EVENTUALLY, I want to come...
Essin' Em - I would say that it lasted about 15 minutes. But it wasn't a numbing sort of cold. It was just actually cold!
Nice review! I wonder if this would work well with another lube that functions better as lube layered over it.
It's a shame the little beads right away, I'd think they'd be fun if giving your partner a handjob. ;)
