The lube that needs lube

This water based anal lube was a good idea at first. Once used, my ideas had changed. Looking at the ingredients afterwards they are not the best ones. Starting off of Glycerin and Parabens. This is not my favorite lube for my anal adventures.

Use

This lube is system JOs version on a water based anal lube. You can use this on any type of toy and not need to worry about damaging it. So go ahead and use this on your silicone toys without worry! You can use this lube for masturbation, although I wouldn't recommend using this vaginally as the first 2 ingredients are Glycerin and Parabens, which might cause some people yeast infections.

List of ingredients :

- Propyl Paraben
- Methyl Paraben

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

This lube is very runny. It is a very thin lube which makes it harder when it comes to dispensing it. It comes out the bottle too easily and then you could end up with a mess on your hands.

Once applied the lube feels silky and smooth, but only for a short while. After a few minutes, the lube starts to have an oily feel to it. It still makes you glide but it is a little rougher, thus needing to reapply several times.

Taste / Aroma

The aroma of this lube can be described as a kids toy. The closest thing I could think of would be my Cetaphil face wash. It's the not best smell to have as a lube but once you have it on you there's no worries, you do not smell it when you're in action.

As far as the taste, this lube does not contain the best ingredients and because of that I have not tasted this lube. It is not meant to be edible thus I would not recommend tasting this lube.

Performance

I first used this lube for masturbation. One thing that I liked about this lube is that it didn't form this type of foam when rubbing. It's nothing bad when it does happen I just don't personally like it. I had to reapply several times as the silky smooth texture disappeared within minutes and just had this oily feel to it. It made masturbating a little painful. I tried to add some saliva to "reactivate" the lube, but this did not work as planned. It simply removed the lube from my play area. So reapplication of the lube was needed. I need to wash this lube off after use since it isn't absorb in the skin. You can easily wash this lube off with water, no need for soap.

When it came to using this lube anally, I was not impressed. I thought since this lube was meant for anal use it would be a great product to have in my collection. I was wrong, when I used it with my favorite toy my bum started to burn. I thought it was only as a first time impression and the burning would stop, but no it kept going. I then thought I was having a bad night, so I decided to try it again another and again another. Still, the burning was still present. I then turned to my Sliquid Sassy booty lube the next day to make sure that nothing was wrong, everything went right. I then came to the conclusion that the System JO H2O Anal Lube was not meant for me. I am not sure what caused this but I am pretty sure it might the the 2 first ingredients of this product; Glycerin and Parabens.

Packaging

This lube comes in a clear plastic bottle. Once you first receive it there's a safety seal on the top of the bottle under the cap.

There's a screw cap at the top of the bottle. The cap has a push top to be able to dispense the lube. This bottle would be travel friendly to a certain extent. You should prop it up right so that the push top doesn't get pushed and have a lube mess in you bag.

The bottle itself is clear so people can see inside but the label on the bottle says Anal Lube. You can easily remove this label and simply have a clear bottle of liquid inside.
    • Can be opened with one hand
    • Easy to use / dispense
    • Very informative packaging
