This babydoll is really cute and sexy! It's my favorite piece of lingerie now; and it fits a plus-size figure very well. I have the 3X/4X size of this babydoll; and even though it's a tad loose underneath the bust, it fits my shape great and has plenty of room to stretch. So plus-sized women rejoice!
The ensemble comes in a plastic container with a stuffed, silky padded hanger. The babydoll's straps are optional, but with the size I got, they were necessary. The bust of the babydoll is padded, but it's still a little big for me up there (my bra size is 40 H and my usual size is 18/20 at Lane Bryant, 3 at Torrid), so I need some added support (but even making the straps into a sort of razorback didn't solve the "underboob" issue completely). The rest of the babydoll fits great; but it could be a little tighter. I wasn't sure how sizing would work out for me, since plus-sized lingerie can be tricky, and I got the 3X/4X because it was the only one available. I'm happy to say that the sizing is pretty correct, as I am usually a 1X/2X.
The plastic buttons beneath the bust of the dress are very cute, but can easily get off-center when wearing the babydoll. I also worry about how sturdily the buttons are attached to the lingerie. They haven't come off yet, so that's a good sign. But the rest of the babydoll is quite sturdy. I never once felt the stitching pop in any place, this isn't tight at all on me! It's comfortable. I want to wear it around the house and do dishes and laundry in it.
I would definitely recommend this to plus-sized women; it's very flattering yet it's not at all constricting.
The g-string that comes with it is pretty cheap; it's way too big for me and falls off easily. I would go with a higher-quality g-string or other underwear if you're going to wear the babydoll as an ensemble.

It's still cute, it's still sexy, and it's still awesome. It's made of quality materials, and it has strong stitching. The buttons may need some reinforcement, but that's very easily fixed and understandable.

It's not that sheer since the two layers of the fabric make it look dark, but it's possible to see through it somewhat. If you think it's still too sheer, maybe a tank top underneath?

Yeah, I was pretty disappointed. I was looking forward to a new g-string.
I have been drooling over this since I first saw it. I'm planning to get it in my next order, but so want it yesterday!

I would say they are pretty true to size. There is a bit of room left, and it does look a LITTLE loose on me, but that's because 3X/4X was the only size available for me. I am normally a 1X/2X.
I would go with the M; the material is pretty stretchy, so I feel confident saying you can get away with a M.
