I've never had a nice, quiet, discreet massager. The Ultimate Massager by Nasstoys was supposed to be that toy. The toy I'd take with me in my purse, for those moments when I wanted to sneak a little fun in my day. My bag of toys is ever growing larger, so I thought it'd be pretty handy to have a nice, quiet, discreet toy for when I'm on the go and don't want to drag around all my toys. Unfortunately, I think I may only be taking the Ultimate Massager with me to loud places.
The Ultimate Massager is mostly plastic, with the colored part (pink, in this case) feeling a little velvety. On top, there are three bb-sized metal balls. This is where the power is. The massager comes with four plastic caps that attach to the top. One is rounded, another has little plateaus, then there are two that have little spikes- long and short. I got the purple one. It's a pleasant color.
This toy actually does look quite discreet. If someone were to see it, I think it could pretty easily pass as some sort of neck tension-releasing massager. Though, if someone turns it on, that excuse might be harder to sell.
The vibes on this little toy are surprisingly strong. It only takes on AA battery, but the vibrations are good and intense. They are sometimes too intense for me if I'm sensitive. I was a bit saddened by how loud this toy is. The walls in my house are too thin for me to use this comfortably without worrying that someone passing my room will hear me jilling off inside.

Well, unfortunately the Ultimate massager was too loud for me and the thin walls in my house. I had been hoping it would be a nice, quiet vibrator I could tuck away by my bed, but it was too loud to bother with. The plastic tips were too hard and unforgiving for me, as well. As far as a vibrator goes, it's got some pretty good umph to it, if that's what you're looking for. The vibrations are strong. I prefer the smooth round cover, or no cover at all. As a small vibe, it's pretty good, but as a discreet and quiet massager.. not so much. Ah, well.

Yeah, it's a strong vibrator, just not as discreet sounding as I'd hoped for..
I've never found a truly discreet pocket rocket but the Iconic Pocket is the best I've tried. You should give it a go.link
I think I figured it out. I know I told you mine was really quiet. And I was surprised when you said yours was noisy. Well I use a rechargeable battery in it, which is very tight. If you're using a regular battery it may be rattling around. I just thought I would let you know and that it might help.
