G-spot rabbit vibrator discontinued
by Vibratex

I can't keep the dew off of this rosebud!

The Rosebud from vibratex would be a great addition to anyones toy chest! Because it's 100% silicone, it's phthalate and latex free so, it's a great option for those with a latex allergy! I love this petite rabbit style vibe because it hits all the right spots and I will keep it very handy at all times!

extremely useful review
I really don't know exactly where to start commenting about this Rosebud vibrator from vibratex|Vibrator by Vibratex. It's just so unique and different compared to other rabbit vibes|All About Rabbit Pearl Vibrator I've tried in the past. The first noticeable difference is it's 100% silicone insertable portion. Wow! How many of those can you find in a rabbit vibe? Being non porous and phthalate free, silicone is easily cleaned with antibacterial soap and water or, of course, you could use your favorite toy cleaner. It's also easily sterilized by wiping it down with a 10% bleach solution but, please do not attempt to boil this one or throw it in your dishwasher for obvious reasons! It is recommended that you only use water based lubricants with silicone toys or you could possibly damage the material. You also should not store silicone toys with other silicone toys! They should be stored separately, wrapped in a soft cloth for protection.

I expected more from the packaging for the Japanese made Rosebud. Don't get me wrong, I hate it when you buy an expensive toy and it seems most of the cost went into the packaging itself but, this package was just ever so plain! It's just a clear, thin plastic box with the Rosebud tossed in there. There are some flower designs and a description of the vibratex company on the back but, the Rosebud really doesn't fit well into this package and kind of flops around in there. It just seems like it could have been stabilized a little better than what it was.

The Rosebud was very easy to take out of the packaging (big surprise?)! Once it was out, I performed the "sniff" test and I'm pleased to report, there was no smell at all! I ran my fingers over the silicone shaft and was in awe of it's smoothness! I just love how smooth and silky feeling silicone is!

There were no instructions included for this vibe so, I flipped it upside down to take a look at the battery compartment. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to open it but, it's actually quite simple. There is a ribbed portion you push in on and that releases the bottom flap that covers the batteries. On the inside of the flap, there are plus symbols and minus symbols so you know which way the 4 AAA batteries go in. Flip the flap closed and your ready to go!

The controls are very, very simple to use! There are two "slides" on the plastic base. One for the vibrations and one for the rotation of the head. I tried out the vibrations first and was pleased to find that there seems to be dual motors for the vibration. One in the bulbous head and one in the clitoral stimulator. These vibrations cannot be controlled independently but, I'm just glad there is a vibrator in the head to help stimulate my g-spot! The vibrations are not earth shaking on the highest setting but, they are plenty strong enough to do the trick for me! It does feel to me as though the clitoral stimulator has stronger vibrations for some reason. I think this might be because there is more silicone on the head and it possibly absorbs some of them. Next, I tried out the head rotation. The head has a nice g-spot curve to it before any rotation is put into effect but, when the rotation is turned on, it has a fairly large arc for it's petite size. It's total length is 8 ½" long but, only 4" are insertable.

I would recommend the Rosebud rabbit style vibrator to anyone who enjoys g-spot stimulation! It would be great for beginners because of it's petite size but, I think there's several advanced toy users out there who would equally enjoy the sensations this toy provides!
Experience
The first time I used this vibrator, I wasn't really sure what I thought of it. The more I use it, the more I love it! The curved head with it's rotation hits my g-spot with perfection! The butterfly clitoral stimulator seems to cradle my clit with its wings on both sides as its antennae flick maddeningly against it. There is also very soft ribbing on the butterfly's belly that gives you a bit of extra stimulation when pressed against the clit. The butterfly is flexible and can be held farther away, closer or even side to side. It just depends on where you would like it to be positioned. You do have to hold it in this position though. Sometimes, I like to hold more pressure on the butterfly against my clit for a stronger sensation.

While the Rosebud does not sport any kind of rotating beads or pearls, I think the bulbous g-spot head that rotates directly on my g-spot makes up for this quite nicely! It is a bit pricey but, it was recommended to me by one of the best so, I let loose and shelled out the dough and I'm so glad I did! I used to think I didn't like penetration from toys... that was until I found the right ones! This is one of those "right ones" and I'll be keeping it close by at all times!
Follow-up commentary
I still love the Rosebud and it's still working great! This one just "fits" me so well that it tends to amaze me every time. Sure, it may not look like much, but it really hits all the right spots for me. While that may not be true for everyone, it certainly works marvelously for me!

I do highly recommend not only removing the batteries during storage, but also to try and keep the Rosebud from situations where it might get smooshed. If it does get smooshed, or dropped, the head can become bent on it, which will throw off the arc in rotation. I've found that to remedy this, you can simply bend it back very, very gently. You definitely don't want to bend it too forcefully or you might break it, but using a light touch it can be put back where you need it to be.

It's really given me no troubles at all, so it has been a wonderful investment for me. I'm still waiting to see more variety in silicone rabbit vibes on the market, but until then the Rosebud will suit me just fine!
