There are many people on the quest to find the perfect rabbit vibrator. The problem is, rabbits either work or don't depending on very personal anatomy differences, so it's hard to review any one rabbit and say "this is great" or this is rubbish". What works for one person may not work for others, and vice versa. The Rosebud wasn't particularly great for me, but that doesn't mean it might not be great for someone else.

First, the good things about the Rosebud: it's made of silicone, and very few rabbit vibrators are made of pure silicone. So it's a good find in that respect. The silicone is very smooth with no texture at all. It has separate controls for the rotating shaft and the clit stimulator, and you can run each separately. The clit stimulator isn't shaped like an animal per se, but is a little more abstract (it has what look like wings and antennae, but not in the right proportions). The shaft rotation is decently powerful, as is the clit stimulator (even if it's a little buzzy). The shaft is pretty short compared to the clit stimulator, which is good, since a lot of people find that rabbit shafts are too long and the clit stimulator doesn't even come close to hitting the right spot.

The not-so-good things: the Rosebud runs on AAA batteries (granted, four of them, but the power output is still not particularly remarkable). The vibrations from the clit stimulator are pretty high and buzzy, which may not work for some people. It's pretty noisy, as well. Honestly, the clit stimulator just wasn't in the right spot for me, so that's a strike in the negative column for me, personally. That's not going to be the case for everyone.

Since the Rosebud is made of silicone, you can sterilize it (by wiping it down with 10% bleach solution; you can't boil it or put it in the dishwasher since it has a motor), so sharing is possible. This thing attracts a lot of lint, so you might want to store it in a plastic bag when it's not in use so it doesn't get covered in stuff. You probably want to use water-based lube with this toy, but if you must use silicone lube, test it first on the bottom part of the toy just to make sure there's no reaction.

Final word: the Rosebud is definitely worth a shot. It's got a lot going for it. It's impossible for any one person to know what's going to work for another person. There are a lot of great things about it, and trying it out is the only way you'll ever know if it's going to work for you. But if you find traditional rabbits too big, this might be a good fit for you. Rabbits are massively tricky, so good luck.
