Vibratex is also concerned about the quality of the materials they put into the products they market. No more jelly toys have been manufactured. Their only products are: Silicone (of which the Rosebud is made), Elastomer (which products like Silky and Thunderclouds are made-along with their famous rabbit and Koi vibrators complete with faces and Marlo Thomas "That Girl" hairstyles), and their food grade vinyl vibes (like Great King and Kangaroo). Rosebud is a product designed by a woman, for women. It's non phallic. It’s a translucent, velvety, matte textured, soft, baby pink, flexible bud, about an inch and a quarter across, with a 4 inch insertable length, which is perfect for hitting the G spot. It’s a flexible vibrator, and the clit stimulator is small but powerful. It is long enough to reach clits that are more highly situated north! The antenna and wings flit and flutter softly.

The base has an easy to open battery compartment that takes 4 triple AAA batteries. There are two sliding controls, both with an independent power supply. Turning up the rotation does not diminish the clitoral vibration. It is easy to manipulate while inserted.

This is not a waterproof toy. You can wash the silicone with a bleach (10%) solution, soap or toy cleaner, but be careful not to get water into the base, or lube for that matter. It’s not a lint magnet, but I would wash the Rosebud before and after each use and store it in a plastic baggy so it doesn't meld into your other silicone products.

Rosebud comes in a clear plastic box with their Vibratex fan logo. The box has an insert thanking you for your purchase, and telling you how to clean and lubricate the toy and how to take care of the battery pack. It’s a very discrete, albeit noisy, vibrator. It’s not going to attract much attention in a flight bag, its feminine, pretty, and well made. It does not have a "novelty" quality about it. There is no rabbit nose or stiff ears to prod you, just softness.
