This toy is great for a collector, and is achingly cute. But I found the attachments bizarre and uncomfortable and the vibration too powerful to enjoy comfortably. It might be better suited to massaging tough, calloused feet or aching back muscles.Published: December 20, 2011

The thing that first attracted me to this toy was the irresistible design. It's a big eyed, pink kitten. I went 'awww' and bought it when it was first offered for sale.
I wanted to try a toy like this. I have some butt plugs, two rabbits and two vibrators (one large and one pocket sized). I wanted to branch out and add to my slowly growing collection. I saw this and felt the need to get it. This is one of those items where I was sold on the looks alone before realizing what I was getting.
This is a hard plastic toy, takes one AA battery, and four attachments. It's a dark pink and white cat with big, kittenish eyes. There is no velvety coating or silicone accents; just hard, rigid plastic. Cleaning is easy, but anything too strong might remove some of the details of the cat. There are four attachments, also hard plastic, with four different sensation options.
I had a hard time getting this thing to even turn on. Maybe mine was being stubborn. The toy has a on, off and open option. The battery chamber is a little vague (as in where the + and - should be in the chamber).
The four attachments are unusual. To remove one, simply snap it off. I think the bare, metal balls on the bottom of the toy are better than the attachments. One attachment is round and smooth; one is flattened pegs and the other two are spikes that make me say 'Owwie' even when simply touching with my finger tips. I wouldn't go using these on sensitive areas.
This toy is LOUD, even with the door shut. I wouldn't use this unless I was home alone. I felt embarrassed turning it on. Lastly, the vibrations were so strong for me that I didn't enjoy the toy much at all. I wish it had some options for intensity.

Experience
When you put in the battery, make sure the 'bb' on the shaft is facing forward, as in same side as the front of the cat. If the 'bb' is on the backside, your toy won't turn on. Below the cat's tail, is a set of grooves that point to the on, off and open options. If the options aren't under this groove, the bottom of the shaft is backwards.

Yes it's cute, but the noise and the bizarre attachment textures don't do it for me. It's more of a novelty item. It's a shame, I wanted to like this but I can't.

Overheating Bzzz buddies

Do the metal balls ever overheat and hurt during use? I was curious cause I think they are so cute, but a burning clit however is not cute :(

My panda buzz buddy gets pretty hot after about 15 minutes, which is why I just use it for a warm up toy. I think the heat *does* hurt.

Widgets and options such as color choices

I'd like to use a widget of the BzzzBuddies in my blog, but the system won't let me save more than one of the same item to my desktop. I've run into this problem before when attempting to choose specific colors of products for widgets.
Is there a way to do this which I am overlooking, or is this simply not possible?

Right now there does not seem to be a way to add more than one style or color of the same product to a widget. I completely understand that this feature would be desirable and useful, especially if you want to talk about a specific version of a toy or if you want to compare versions.
I'll look into this issue more and update this thread if/when new options are available. -

Hi! One thing about the BzzzBuddies that's certain -- they sure get people buzzzing (sorry, couldn't resist). We at TME understand the toy isn't for everyone, and that's a-okay. Nothing ever is though, is it? And that's what's so awesome about human sexuality :) We've had an enthusiastic reception at trade shows and in adult stores, mainstream stores, etc and yes, have heard from those who didn't get it or didn't find the toys their thing. Those who like this generally gravitate to all things cute, colorful and playful (like I do) and they're especially popular with the anime / kawaii crowd. Many of us like to have crazy-fun-time in the bedroom -- think pony tails and bobby socks! But we've found that our fans so far are much more than that: Bachlorettes, newcomers to toys, those who love to role-play, and those who want to give an ice breaker gift with a playful edge have all shown their love for the BzzzBuddies.
Thanks for the honest feedback! This is why we love the Edenfantasys community. I'm definitely keeping track of all suggestions and comments so that we can keep it in mind for all the fun stuff we have planned for the future.
P.S. The tips we chose because they're standard for introductory rockets and provide texture that many body massage enthusiasts go for (such as a light, vibrating scratch up and down the back -- it sends an exhilirating chill, I guarantee you, especially with warming massage oils!), but you all have provided inspiration for other tips that we can introduce in the future that would be fun for more sensitive areas. Until then, the rounded tip and nub-dot tip are my personal favorites for when the fun massage gets serious ;)
