I think these balls would be a lot better without their terrible seams. I wouldn't recommend them for this reason.

These ben-wa balls are great for beginners that are on a budget. They are cheap and easy to hold in to help strengthen your muscles.

These were my intro into Kegel exercisers. The fact that they have no retrieval cord is an issue for me, and makes removal difficult. I wasn't even really able to feel the weight of these when inserted, they didn't do much of anything for me.

You can have your own little secrete, no one knows you are wearing or using these. Hey you work out your other muscles now it's time to work out your most important one! These are inexpensive, any easy to start using they are for beginners to advanced.

I don’t really recommend these since it is hard to tell if they are working and they have no string. Sometimes they will fall out on their own but otherwise you have to push them out.
