I got these thinking it would be a fun product to work out my kegels. I can’t feel these when they are inside, but when they fall out they fall out quickly. The instructions say you can use these during intercourse but I don’t think that would be that comfortable. These aren’t meant to be inserted into the anus.

The instructions are pretty vague but I think you would have to use these frequently to get any results. There are, however, many benefits for using the Ben-wa balls such as stronger orgasms and stopping urinary incontinence.

I’ve heard of these way before I got them so I expected them to work much better. They are plastic with metal inside, and they are about the size of a marble. These are completely smooth with no texture. They are pretty heavy but for me they don’t fall out right away. I can wear these for a couple of hours before they fall out.

I can't feel them when I am using them, even when I squeeze them. I also don’t have to work hard to keep these in because I can't feel my muscles working at all. I may have to use these for a few more months to really be able to tell if they are doing anything. I've had these for a couple of months and I don't notice my orgasms being any stronger. I don’t have any problems with urinary incontinence but I don’t think these would really work. It would probably be better just to do your own kegel exercises.

When I am done using them I just wash them with soap and water and put them back in their package. Since it is small it can be stored anywhere. You just insert them like a tampon with no applicator. I don’t need lube with these but silicone and water based is good.
