Ben-wa balls - exerciser for vaginal muscles by Doc Johnson - review by notwhatitseems

These are surely one of the smaller sizes of the Ben-Wa Ball family. About twice the size and four times the weight of marbles. Some worry they could become stuck or wont come out, think about it for a sec.. they are heavy for a reason. gravity pulls everything out of there eventually. I couldn't see something small and heavy getting stuck inside, that is one of the reasons I wanted to try it. It was a myth for sure.

The texture was soft and smooth and there was no pinching. The weight was just right for me, a little heavy but not enough to make them come out while I was doing my chores. Also The color I chose reminded me of buttermilk... and next time I think I'll choose differently. Of course they are waterproof and clean easily. I use soap and water and let them air dry. They are easily hidden from those who, like small children, love to explore in new drawers. I have my own hidding spot high up so no embarrassing situations.

I would suggest before buying any size or texture of Ben-Wa Balls to first hold them in your hands to feel the weight and move them around a little bit to see if there is any kind of friction between them. Plus my mistake was choosing the buttermilk (Ivory) color. I would also say that starting out smaller is better and don't hesitate to try new things, you never know if it could be for you or not unless you try.

Also, I felt a workout for my muscles but I almost had forgot about them a couple of times too. I made sure, it being first time using them I would stay at home to try them out, because I honestly couldn't see myself chasing after them in the parking lot at the store.

It was first time trying Ben-Wa Balls and I'd have to say that it wasn't all that bad. I had been told by a friend that they should strengthen you PC muscles and stimulate/arouse you while playing around in the bedroom. Being very skeptical I still wanted to try them to tighten my internal muscles and see how good I could get at it. So after buying some and lubing them up really well I inserted them vaginally and told myself to hold real still so they wouldn't fall out. But after about few minutes or so I took a step while holding them as tightly as I could, then I started to release a little and realized after a certain amount of pressure I could make them slide up or down and I was full aware of there presence but had no problem walking around after figuring them out. Getting them out wasn't too difficult and had them in for about four hours and now I can hold them up all day. I think it's up to you how long you'd feel comfortable holding them in. Going to the restroom was a bit awkward. I did remove them for that part...
