These ben-wa balls are meant for vaginal use only so it is intended for women only. It helps make your vaginal muscles stronger to make sex better for you and your partner. I would suggest this product for beginners only because they may not help an advanced user very much.

These balls are made out of plastic. There is a slight plastic smell but nothing that is unbearable. They taste like plastic but again it is tolerable. They are hard but smooth as far as the feel goes. This toy is great for beginners but advanced users can use them for pleasure.

These ben-wa balls are just what they are called, balls. The are just small plastic balls that are just a little over an inch around. They are big enough that they are not hard to hold in but not so big that it will bother you too much to walk around with them in.

This product did what it was supposed to. My husband and I can already feel a difference in how it has helped me strengthen my muscles. (I do wear them most of the day.) These balls are not just for vaginal exercise. They are also very good at turning you on when walking around with them in.

They are plastic so you can use either silicone or water based lubes. They are very easy to clean and store. Just wash them with some soap and water, put them wherever you keep the rest of your toys and they will be ready for the next time you would like to use them.
