Use

Sorry guys, these are for the women. Thee balls for increasing your PC muscle strength, and increasing vaginal tone. For women only! When you perform your Kegals it does the same thing but this is more effective since you have a feed back system. Meaning you have balls that you are trying to keep in. It gives the muscles more of a workout. Why work out your muscles you ask? Because I said so, or because having a stronger muscle makes sex better, can increase your orgasms. And as us females have babies and get fat and get older we can have issue with bladder leakage especially when coughing, sneezing, running or just from breathing!! Hey if you have had a baby, these can help you to increase your tone and get your vagina back in shape. Please make sure that you have been cleared by your OB before inserting these please. They can also be worn during sex but I personally haven’t done that. It seems to be that it might be uncomfortable for all involved.

Material/Texture/Shape/Size

These lovely little balls are made of metal that are completely encased in plastic. Plastic has an Eden safety scale of 8/10. They are made of food grade material, hypoallergenic,latex free and phthalates free.
I have a purple set of balls, they are smooth with a very slight seam that cannot be felt. They are 1 ¾” around and weigh aprox 5 to 6 ounces. They are slightly larger than the marbles we played with when we were children, not the shooters, the normal ones. The shooters are larger than these balls.

Care/Maintenance

You can clean these with antibacterial soap and water, toy spray, Eden wipes, alcohol, a 10% bleach solution. Do not soak these in cleaning solutions as the can degrade. You can use any type of lube with these, water based, hybrid, oil, or silicone. You can throw these little balls anywhere. Put them I your makeup bag, in the drawer, in your purse ( in a baggy of course). You can wear them through security or even place them in your pocket. They are pretty travel friendly. TSA wouldn’t know unless you told them.

Special notes

You will not “loose” these balls inside of you. If you are having problems getting them you can sit on the toilet and push like you are having a bowel movement and they will pop out into your hand. They can be used singly or both together. I would suggest the two balls since it gives you a better workout. It is suggested to wear these for 10 to 15 minutes a day to increase your tone. Heck you go to the gym so why not work out your most important parts?

Some women have reported that they have orgasmic sensations with the balls, this has not happened for me. They don’t cause any pain or discomfort. It is actually quite fun to squiggle around and try to keep them in at times.

You can wear these anywhere. I would suggest starting out at home though until you are used to them. Especially if you go commando, can you imagine the ball falling out your pants leg and rolling across the produce department at the grocery store!!!!!!!!

I still like these, I feel that they give me a much better work out than my uno and duo which are much larger! I have to work at keeping these in place. I feel that they have helped me to increase my vaginal tone.
