Ben-wa balls - vaginal exerciser by Doc Johnson - review by mckwell

Let me start by saying that I have never used any sort of tool for kegel exercises, so this was brand new to me. I was intrigued by the package when I read "Insert and rock for the orgasm of your life!" That's a pretty big claim. I decided to give them a whirl thinking these little gems might strengthen the vaginal wall and at the same time provide me with a little pleasure.

The package was small, and the balls were just slightly larger than the size of a marble. They were a white, pearly color with a smooth surface and slightly weighted. I gave them a rinse with soap and water and went to test them out. I inserted one at a time and began to do some kegel movements. Sadly, I didn't feel much sensation from the balls. Not wanting to give up, I reached into my drawer and pulled out a vibrator to add a little more fun to the mix. As I neared climax, one of the balls popped out. I decided to go ahead and remove the other one. Problem - I couldn't find it! I got up, pulled back the sheets thinking it must have come out without my knowing - still couldn't find it! Then I started to panic. Using my fingers, I tried to search for the missing ball, but still no success. Finally I called in my partner who could feel the ball wedged deep into the vaginal cavity. Unfortunately, she couldn't quite get it to come out - we tried many positions - standing, squatting, doggie style, etc. Finally, with a lot of pushing, it came out. I think I was overly stressed about thinking that the ball would be forever lodged up there or that I would go to the doctor and have to explain the problem.

If nothing else, these balls left my partner and I with a pretty funny story. I'm not sure that I felt that added any value to kegel exercises. A slightly larger set of balls might work better.
