I just had to try the Tristan for extended wear, I have worn it almost an entire work day. The base feels good in fact I can hardly feel the base. The head fits perfectly (as designed by the anal expert Tristan Taormino), stays in place giving me a slight but ongoing stimulation. It feels good to sit with this plug in place, no discomfort.
This is not a thrusting plug.
My b/f had to try it. He too likes it and he does wear it while driving. He alternates between the NJoy Pure plug and the Tristan. Says each affords something different. I agree.

I think Veteran makes some good suggestions there, but I was wondering if the problem with staying in place has to do with the base or if it is the head/neck difference. If it is just the base, then you might consider trimming some of the material off the base of the Tristan so that it is able to rest more naturally. I tend to favor plugs with flat bases for extended wear because I feel like the handle ones aren't as comfortable if I choose to sit down. If the problem is really head/neck difference, you might consider the Ryder link (which I really love), and the Joe Rock link

Thanks for mentioning extended wear. I haven't found that style of Tantus base to be that comfortable for me, but I know it works out for a lot of people. The Tantus butt plugs are tough on my cheeks for extended ware. The Tristan base has some "give", making it very comfortable and just feels so dam good.
