Like a Virgin, Pegged for the Very First Time

The Tantus Acute is a dildo made of 100% silicone meaning it's easy to care for and designed to last. The modest length and diameter of this dildo make it a great choice for anal play beginners, plus the base makes it harness compatible for pegging. The angle is designed to target the prostate effectively. The size may not be ideal for some, especially those looking for a fuller feeling, but it's certain to please most. extremely useful review
The summer sky was such a clear blue that it reminded Scott of the beautiful Caribbean waters he loved so much. Although the recent heat wave and humidity had finally subsided for a few days, he was distracted and was not able to enjoy the unseasonably comfortable weather. Scott had been tracking the package all day and was anxious for it to arrive. When the doorbell finally rang, he ran to the door and opened it. With a nervous smile, he took the package and quickly scribbled his signature. Thank goodness he thought. The package was in a plain brown wrapper as promised. Nothing screamed "I have a sex toy and I'm not afraid to use it!"

From within the package, he removed a smaller plastic box. It was a little flimsy, but he thought it would be good enough to store the item. Within this smaller clear box, he could see the item he had been anxiously awaiting. On the cover, he read "100% silicone, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, phthalate free." He knew that after sterilizing the dildo in boiling water for 3 minutes, cleaning would be as simple as washing it with antibacterial soap and water. If he took proper care of this dildo, it would provide a lifetime of pleasure. What could be simpler than that?

When Jean first suggested the idea of pegging, Scott could not get the idea out of his mind. He was so excited that it consumed his every thought. As usual for him, he researched the topic thoroughly and carefully made his selection. As soon as he saw a picture of the Tantus Acute on the EF website, he knew it was the one. At 6 inches in length and a diameter of 1-1/4 inches, the Acute was not overly imposing and a good choice for first time pegging. He took the dildo out of the box and admired the beautiful midnight purple color. His finger glided over the smooth surface and he noticed that it didn't drag. The material was dense yet flexible. He had never felt another mans erect cock before, but he thought this felt pretty realistic. There were four small ridges on the underside of the dildo and the head was slightly flared to resemble the glans. The dildo had an angle to it that would be perfect for hitting his prostate, and although it didn't look like a realistic cock, there was no doubting what this would be used for. He felt a small amount of pre-cum ooze from his cock as he thought about the fun night ahead.

"Mmm, (kiss), mmhmm, (moan), yeah, (pant)...Okay, I think I'm ready to try. Make sure you use lots of lube. Too high. No, now you're too low. Maybe if you guide it with your hand? Right there. That's it. Okay, push slowly. Slowly... slow(cue music) Ah sweet mystery of life, at last I've found you!"

The names and identities of the characters have been altered to protect the guilty. Any similarity to my life is purely intentional.
Experience
Okay, my first experience pegging was not exactly porn worthy. Heck, it's not even America's Funniest Home Videos worthy, but it was certainly memorable for all the right reasons.

The angle is definitely the key to this dildos popularity and success. When used anally, it hits the prostate head on. Besides pegging, I have also tried using it while masturbating and found it works just as well. Each ridge on the underside stimulates the nerve endings as the dildo is thrust in and out. The slightly bulbed head makes great contact with the prostate, applying even pressure rather than poking. We have not tried to use it vaginally on my wife yet but may try to include that in a follow-up.

Since this dildo is silicone, ideally only water-based lubes should be used with it. The Tantus website states that Eros Original Bodyglide is safe to use with all of their silicone toys. However, I would suggest spot testing the lube to confirm there is no reaction before using. Also, store this dildo separately from other toys to prevent any reaction to other materials.

The few negatives about this dildo:

1. The toy is a hair and dust magnet, although not as bad as some other silicone toys I have. However, storing the toy after each use will help minimize this issue. Additionally, a quick rinse before each use will also remedy this.

2. The small base makes the dildo slightly wobbly when used in an O-ring harness. A larger base would have provided more stability. However, this was not much of an issue once the dildo was inserted. The small base was also a drawback when using the dildo manually. Gripping the base in the palm of my hand resulted in finger fatigue after a few minutes of use. Again, not a huge issue but a larger base would certainly have been more comfortable to grip.

3. The dildo may be too short for some. At 6 inches total length, realistically only 5 inches or less are insertable. I found that deep thrusting in the missionary position allowed for the most contact with my prostate. Other positions resulted in much less pressure which I attribute to the length. Also, the 1-1/4 inch diameter may not provide enough fullness for some.
Follow-up commentary
The Acute is one of the most used toys in our collection. My wife has since used it vaginally and loves it for G-spotting despite the modest length and girth. The angle just seems to be perfect for her. I still like it a lot and continue to use it anally, but actually prefer the Curve because of the larger diameter. I compare the two dildos in my review of the Curve.
