Acute - g-spot strap-on dildo discontinued by Tantus - review by Jenn (aka kissmykitty)

Having been reviewing sex toys for nearly three years now, I've owned more than my share of dildos, yet it took me until recently to discover my must-have, Dick Of All Trades dildo: the Acute from Tantus. Some criticize Acute for being on the small side, but at 6" in length with a diameter of 1.25", I personally feel that it's much more realistic than some of the other King Kong dildos I've seen floating about. And unless I'm in a specific mood to be filled or take on a new challenge, I prefer more realistically, reasonably sized dildos - and Acute definitely fits that bill.

Like many of Tantus' products, Acute is made from pure silicone, so it can be safely washed and disinfected before and after use, so you know it's clean and there's no chance of it harboring germs or mold. The silicone isn't too firm, yet firm enough to give Acute a realistic feel, and provide adequate pressure during g-spot stimulation. That "give", combined with the flared, decently-defined head, and a delicious curve, make Acute my favorite for vaginal penetration and g-spot stimulation.

Acute is also compatible with most strap-on systems and O-rings, and the flared base makes it safe for anal penetration, too. Its heft (0.25 lbs) is just enough to make it solid and comfortable to wield, either with your hands or with a strap-on system, without weighing you down or causing hand fatigue.

In our bedroom, Acute is a favorite of mine, and of my husband's, too (again, one of the perks of this product is its body-safe material!). If you're looking for a safe, high quality dildo that is more traditionally-sized and less apt to make you wonder if you should bring a shoehorn into the mix, then Acute is most definitely worth adding to your shopping list.
