This toy is used for insertion into the vagina and possibly the anus. It has a small, flared base, allowing for it to be (semi) strap-on compatible and safe for anal play. Since it's a G-spot dildo, it is best suited for vaginal play. The base is rather small and not super stable, so I wouldn't trust it all too much for anal play. Plus, it is quite large and definitely is not for beginners with anal. I found it to be the perfect girth for myself and sometimes even too big if I am not aroused enough. The length is what was the most perfect for myself, as I have a deeper G-spot and it hit mine with every thrust!

The material of the Acute is silicone, so it is extremely body-friendly and safe. It has no smell or taste that I have noticed at all in my play with it. The silicone does occasionally attract a little bit of dust, but nothing like a jelly toy. While it is not realistic, it has a somewhat lumpy shape to it and the head of it sort of resembles that of a penis, all of which add to the great sensations this toy gives. Since the silicone is flexible, it really adds to the experience and fits to your body, all the while maintaining the G-spot stimulation shape that is necessary. This toy, while not very textured, is definitely a toy that could satisfy all levels of toy-users!

The design of the Acute is absolutely perfect! So perfect, in fact, that I stopped my partner mid-thrust with my first time using the toy to exclaim, "It's PERFECT!" Having a deeper G-spot, the length of this toy hit mine spot-on. It's a perfect size, and it fills me the way I wanted it to. It is not too big so as to be frightening to a beginner (and as this was my first dildo, I would consider myself a beginner), and it doesn't leave the more advanced user wanting more. Now that I have a collection of toys and would consider myself now to be an advanced toy-user, I still go back to this one! The look of the Acute is not realistic, but the shape is perfect. It is, however, quite obviously a dildo, so it's not exactly discreet if you're going through airport security with it in your carry-on. Despite this, it is not too large to tuck away and bring with you anywhere you would want it to go!

This toy is absolutely perfect for solo play and play with a partner. I have come many times using this toy as it hits my G-spot perfectly! As for with a harness... well it didn't quite hold up. I am a complete beginner with harnesses and chose this toy as the first toy I used in my harness, and unfortunately, it kept falling out of the harness because the base, while flared, is not a perfect circle. I think if I had had a smaller O-ring for my harness, it may have worked better, but it was definitely a fail when used with a harness for me. The base is also quite flexible, so when thrusted, it tended to get pulled out of the harness.

Since the Acute is silicone, it is very easy to care for. It can be cleaned with toy cleaner, antibacterial soap and warm water, boiled, put in the dishwasher... you name it! The packaging was too bulky for me to discreetly store the dildo, so I store it in a Zip-Loc bag and then in my toy bag so as not to ruin it, since it's my favorite toy. It also can sometimes attract a little bit of dust, so that's why keeping it in a separate bag is important, especially since my toy bag is cotton. It is compatible with water-based lubricants, but not silicone as silicone and silicone adhere to each other and therefore, the toy would be destroyed.

The toy came in a plastic box, within clamshell packaging. I had originally kept the clamshell part of the packaging to store the toy with my others, but as my collection grew, the box-y clamshell packaging took up too much space in my toy bag. There were plenty of instructions on the packaging, which I found useful, and while it wasn't the least discreet packaging I've ever seen, it wasn't the opposite, either. It was, however, recyclable which is a plus.

This toy is absolutely fantastic and to this day, it is still my favorite toy. It is beyond perfect and can bring me to orgasm every single time! It also helped my partner and me to spice up our sex life together, so that was quite awesome! What more could I ask for in a toy?
