G-spot strap-on dildo discontinued

Pearlecent Pleasure

While this toy isn't appropriate for size queens it is more than fine for basic vaginal and anal play. It is pretty to look at and definitely does what it was designed to do. As far as quality silicone dildos go it is very affordable, which is always a plus. I would recommend this toy as a good starter for a silicone, harness compatible dildo.

Use

Seeing as it's a silicone dildo with a flared base, it's appropriate for pretty much any activity that would involve a dildo. Presently I have only used it in solo play, but it fit nicely into my strap-on harness, and I am definitely looking forward to seeing how that goes. It is curved to be suited to hit the G-spot and I think it could also hit the P-spot for men for either solo play or pegging.

It's pure silicone, and is not in danger of getting damaged by water. This toy can be used in water, and with the right harness you could enjoy some co-ed shower fun time. Also, since it doesn't vibrate you don't have to worry about anyone unwittingly hearing buzzing through a door if you cohabitate with anyone.

Material / Texture

Thanks to it being silicone there is no extreme smell and it's tasteless. It is silky soft to the touch and non-textured. The dildo is flexible due to the material but does have firmness to it, which is really necessary for G-spot stimulation.

Design / Shape / Size

I like the curve to it because, to be honest, if a toy doesn't vibrate or have any clitoral stimulation I want it to hit my (or someone else's) G-spot. The size is average and on par with what one would expect from the "average" dildo. It has a flared base so that it can be worn in a harness and it sits well when worn as such. I wouldn't say it has a realistic look since it is pearl white and lacks anything that one would equate with a penis minus its vaguely phallic shape. Because of this it would appeal to those that shy away from uber realistic dildos like myself.

Because it doesn't vibrate and doesn't contain anything but silicone, I would say it's both discreet and suitable for travel. However, it is recognizable as a sex toy, so don't leave it out if you are worried about someone knowing about your sex life.

Performance

The first time I used this I was not totally thrilled with it. I wasn't able to get enough G-spot stimulation to have a G-spot orgasm. I typically use a glass dildo for G-spot stimulation, so I may have just not been used to the difference in material. That being said, I did try again and was able have one but I wouldn't say it was as intense due to there not being quite as much pressure. However, the flexibility is nice since glass dildos can become a little painful depending on the angle and the fact that they are totally rigid.

The Acute dildo is flared at the base to be harness compatible. As soon as I got it I tried it with my harness and it wasn't hard at all to get it placed properly in the harness. I haven't gotten a chance to use it with the harness yet so I can't comment on that presently.

Care and Maintenance

Since this toy is silicone you cannot use silicone based lube; it will irreparably damage the dildo. Silicone dildos are easy to clean. You can use silicone safe toy cleaner, antibacterial soap or even pop it in the dishwasher. I store this in the tote I keep most of my toys in and haven't had any issues other than the fact that this dildo is a dust magnet. That being said, I typically rinse it prior to use to get rid of any particles on it.

Packaging

Like most Tantus products it came in a tastefully done plastic package with an inner molded piece that holds the actual dildo. It also comes with basic care instructions. I suppose you could keep the box to use as storage, but it was rather bulky and I immediately put it in the recycling bin.

Thanks for sharing - I thought about getting this, but I'm glad I didn't. I think it'd be too flexible for me.
