When I saw The Rainbow Nubby Wand by SSA Glass on the 70% off list I was excited. I have just recently become a HUGE fan of glass toys and wanted this in my collection. It took a while for me to get around to using it since in that same purchase I ordered 4 other glass toys.

While it is a great toy I had to switch to another one during play because the nubs started to hurt. I wish this was a double sided toy with a smooth side. There is A LOT of texture. If you don't like a wand that is nothing but texture, look for something else. It may be too much for some.

This toy is long and thin, and as you can see there are no curves what so ever. It is a great toy for vaginal play but I would be careful with any kind of anal play since there is no flare to it.

One of the many great things about glass or metal toys is temperature play. Get a glass of ice water and let this toy sit in it from a few minutes. Afterward, use it on yourself or a partner and feel the wonderful cold sensation. It's so much fun on those hot summer nights!

Another wonderful thing about glass toys are how easy they are to wash. Since glass is smooth and nonporous, just wash it with soap and water or sex toy cleaner.

As far as lubes go, use silicone, water or oil.

It does come with a little carry bag, but it is not the purple one shown. Mine came in a red velvet bag that I actually like a lot better.

If you are new to glass I wouldn't recommend buying this. Start off with something cheaper. Mine was on sale, and I only spent I think $10 for it. It's worth it for that price, but I don't know about the $25 it is now.

I've used it once since this review and it really hurt after a while. There are too many bumps for me.
