Icicles No.30 - sex toy by Pipedream - review by Neurogasm

The Icicles no. 30 is a dual-stimulation glass toy that looks like it's modeled in the same style as the Icicles no. 24, because it's a solid pink color, and it has a tentacle-like design on the clitoral arm.

The 30 looks a little different from the picture on the box:



The shaft is longer and thinner, the ridges are closer together, and the space between the shaft and the clitoral attachment is wider:



The design actually works better for me than the design on the box would, because the narrower space between the shaft and the attachment would have been uncomfortable. As it is, the 30 is just the right shape for me to feel the attachment nudge the underside of my clitoris when I thrust it.

The 30 is made of borosilicate glass, which is the same composition as Pyrex. It's completely rigid and very smooth. I can't thrust very hard with it, because if I do, the clitoral attachment feels uncomfortable.

In total, the 30 is 7.5 inches long, and the shaft is 5.5 inches insertable, with a diameter of 1.25 inches. It's a very easy to use, beginner-friendly size, with a curve that's just right for G-spot stimulation. There are three ridges on the shaft that are just prominent enough to be felt, and they make more of an impact clustered together, rather than spread apart. There are also two rows of sucker-pad-like nubs on the clitoral attachment. Even though I can only feel a couple of them when I use the toy, since I only feel the tip of the attachment against my skin, they feel really nice. I do use another clit toy, but since I generally use external vibes on my clitoral shaft, it doesn't collide against the toy, at all.

You can clean the 30 with soap and water, and to sterilize it, you can use a 10% bleach solution. I wouldn't boil it, because I wouldn't want it knocking against the sides and bottom of a pot on the stove, but you can immerse it in hot water, and it'll retain heat really well. You can also put it in ice water and have it retain a cold temperature, too. Glass is a fantastic material for temperature play.

The 30 comes in a very stylish box with several layers of very secure foam. The box opens with a magnet clasp, and there is a transparent plastic cut-out underneath that lets you see the toy. It's not exactly discreet, but it's very pretty, and it makes a great storage box for the toy, after it's been washed and dried.



The one gripe I would have with the 30 is that it doesn't come with a padded bag, or something more discreet to store it in. However, that's a really minor con compared to all the good aspects of the toy. I would absolutely recommend the 30 to anyone looking for a glass toy.
