Seed - clitoral stimulator by Zini - review by HotCouple

This is mainly a clitoral vibrator. It is not designed for insertion, but can be used all around the clitoris or for massage on other body parts. My husband and I enjoyed using it during foreplay, and it is decent solo.

The base of this vibrator is a hard plastic, and it tapers into a pointed tip that is made of silicone. The silicone extends farther on the side that you place against your body. The silicone is a nice material and is smooth and comfortable against the skin. It creates a slight friction and tug against the clitoris when used. This vibrator is not water proof, and you cannot immerse the charger end. There is no odor to this toy. It is a well made toy that is easy to clean and maintain.

I really wanted to like the design of this vibrator, but I had a few problems with the Seed. First of all, the button that decreases the speed of vibrations is near the silicone tip. I am used to that being the area that you push to increase the speed, so I found that I kept accidentally decreasing the speed, rather than increasing it. The size of this vibrator is great, as I use clitoral vibrators when having sex with my husband, and it is small enough to be comfortably used during sex. The problem comes with the shape of the vibrator. It is long and narrow. When I tried to use it in any position where my husband and I were facing each other, he would end up pushing against the length of the vibrator and then I was unable to get the vibrator to stay in the right position. This became really frustrating and we ended up trying to contort around a bit to get it to work, but it wouldn't. This toy is quite small and would be easy to hide. It's also discreet and suitable for traveling.

This was the largest disappointment for me when it came to this vibrator-I just did not find the vibrations powerful enough. My old fall back vibrator is the Form 2. I ended up purchasing the Zini Seed because I was just getting so frustrated with my Form 2 glitching, usually right when it was starting to feel good, and I would lose everything. So, I purchased the Seed because of the fact that it could be used for pin point vibrations. It is definitely able to give pin point vibrations, which is great, but it just was not strong enough for me. I found that it was really good to use during foreplay, to warm up, but it was not strong enough to get an orgasm. Combined with the fact that when I used it with my husband I couldn't get it to stay in the right position, it was just frustrating for me. I also found that there were just too many different settings and not enough of a difference between the settings, at least from what I could tell. Once you get used to the controls though, it is easy to use. In the end, glitches and all, I found myself going back to my Form 2.

If you don't need the strong vibrations, this may be the toy for you. The vibrations stay in the tip of the toy and allow for pinpoint precision. It is also rechargeable, which is great. And it lasts a fair amount of time before needing to be recharged. It is also a quiet, discreet toy. The fact that the console lights up when you change the settings is a little weird, especially if you are using it in a dark room. My husband commented that he was blinded by it flashing on more than one occasion. It is really bright!...and pretty distracting. If I remember correctly, there is a way to turn the flashing lights off, I'll have to go back to the instruction manual for that one!

This toy is easy to care for. You just have to avoid immersing the charging end in water. I just used warm water and a mild soap to clean it, which worked well. It works well with a water based lube. I use Sliquid Organics Silk.

I love the box that this toy came in! It is like unwrapping a really neat present. The vibrator is stored in the top of the box and then you slide out the sides to expose the instruction manual and charger. Overall, it just looked like a very high end present. You could easily give this to someone as a gift or use it for storing the toy. The instruction manual was a little confusing at first, and I had to play around with the toy for a bit to figure it all out.

My husband and I really wanted to love this toy! I was soooo excited about it coming in the mail, and yet I found it pretty disappointing when I used it. Try as I might, I just couldn't get it to work when we were having sex. Every time my husband moved, he would move the toy out of place, it was just too long in length. I also found I was holding on to the toy like you would a pencil, which was a little uncomfortable. The size was great though. My husband said he couldn't even feel it while he was on top. We do like using this vibrator for foreplay, and it is pretty good solo, as you don't have to worry about it getting pushed out of place. Overall though, I just did not find the vibrations strong enough. We are going to give this toy some more time though, as maybe it'll grow on us (look for the follow up review)!
