Bunny Buddy is made of waterproof TPR Silicone. TPR, or Thermoplastic Rubber, is a blend of plastics and rubber which explains its ability to hold a shape, stretch and its flexibility. It is not heat resistant and tends to 'melt' when it gets too warm or becomes too old for safe use. This only rates a 6 on the safety scale since it is porous, cannot be sterilized and is lacking the stability and benefits of silicone.

The bullet is smooth, hard plastic and rates an 8 on the safety scale due to its ability to become easily scratched and marred. The scratches and surface imperfections can allow harmful bacteria to grow and makes it more susceptible to improper cleaning.

There was no smell to either material. The soft, smooth but grabby material of the Bunny creates a drag on the skin that is best lightened with a dab of water based lube. You may get some skin irritation from the friction if you decide not to use a bit of lube with your Bunny Buddy, even for light teasing.

The plastic bullet is fairly small, but is an average size for sleeves. It measures 2 1/2" long and is 1/2" diameter. It is about the size as a roll of Tums. There is a push button on the bottom of the base and there is only one vibration. The vibration is very buzzy, medium strength and is felt mostly at the tip. Once inserted into the sleeve, they become very muted and ticklish.

There are 2 ready-to-go battery packs. These little LR44 watch batteries are packaged inside the insertable sleeves that go into the end of the bullet once the base is removed. Save the outer, plastic sleeve when discarding the batteries and then add 4 more batteries to the sleeve for a pre-loaded battery pack.

The Bunny sleeve is very flexible, measures 3 3/4" long and is 1 1/2" wide at the feet. The ears are about 1/2" wide. The face is fully detailed with big, cartoon eyes and a whiskered mouth. The feet stick out in a flattened ball about where you may expect a penis to appear. There is a 1/4" nub that is most likely his tail, also in the front, right under the feet. This adds to the....interesting appearance.

Since the sleeve is pretty basic and has almost been completely covered in the other paragraphs, I am going to close on him after these next sentences and focus on the mini-bullet. This is very easy to travel with, especially if you have children. You can always let someone think you are keeping it hidden from the child for whatever reason. It also does not look exactly like a sex toy--it should not raise much, if any, suspicions unless they own one as well.

Do NOT store the Bunny Buddy sleeve with other materials. It can melt, have a chemical reaction to other materials and both items may be damaged or can discolor and change the appearance of other toys. Use ONLY water based lube with this toy to prevent breaking down or deterioration of the TPR.
