K-Y yours and mine - lubricant discontinued by K-Y Brand - review by LadyKaye

My husband and I first tried KY Yours + Mine a few years ago when it came out. The commercials made it look so exciting! For those of you who know not of what I speak, I'm sure a trip to YouTube can quickly get you up to speed. Two lubes for two people in one package? All at one reasonable price? How could you say no, what with the promises of geysers and swing dancing and the like?

My husband and I are no strangers between the sheets, but I would say our sex life is pretty conservative. Neither of us have ever had anal sex, so we play with vaginal and oral. We usually just try different positions in order to bring excitement back into our bedroom. Then we saw those commercials and our curiosities were piqued. So once our local Walmart began carrying Yours + Mine, we picked it up right away.

Yours is the blue bottle, which contains a nicely slick lube with a cooling sensation. Mine is the fuchsia bottle, which contains the same slick lube only with a warming sensation. Together, Yours + Mine seem to compete for attention, giving you the capabilities of the exciting differing results.

Both my husband and I enjoyed using Yours + Mine at the same time, although neither one of us would say that it heightened our sexual experience. It certainly changed how it felt, but we would not say that it made it better, per se.

We then tried Yours + Mine individually. I love Yours! Cooling lubes are my favorite, and Yours is how I made the discovery. The quality of the lube really is good for vaginal sex, no matter the position we try. I personally enjoyed having Yours rubbed on my clit as well. Mine was okay for my husband (who enjoyed manual stimulation with it from me), and absolutely rotten for me. I don't think that it actually had anything to do with Mine, other than the fact that all warming lubes tend to burn for me, and I don't find any enjoyment in it. I do find, however, that when we used Yours + Mine together, I did not experience that burning.

We no longer have the packaging for Yours + Mine; not the original packaging or either bottle. We have since moved on to try other lubes, but Yours + Mine will certainly be a fond memory for us.
