So I got my Fleshlight in the mail and ripped open the package and pulled it out. There it was, I must have said something like "holy shit this feels so awesome.". I didn't even stick my dick in it yet. I couldn't tell you if it feels real or not because I have no clue, I'm still a virgin. But, I will tell you it feels convincing to me. It's really soft, squishy and stretchy, I spent the next 10 minutes just playing with the sleeve. You can even part the lips just like a real vagina and play with them. It doesn't look like a real vagina, but it is kinda close, you can still tell exactly what it is just by looking at it.
There are a number of ways to go about screwing this thing. You can put between your box spring and mattress and go at it doggy style. If you want to do missionary you, could put the small end of the device in a sneaker. Or you can just use your hand and stroke it back and forth. I used all 3 the first time I used it. Suction Cap:
I have some time now, going to add some more info about the small cap located in the smallest end of the Fleshlight. Basically, it's a screw on cap and the tighter it's on the more suction applied to your penis. With it all the way on as tight as it goes the Fleshlight is fairly quiet. If you loosen it a little it will start to make some weird "sloppy" sounds (Kind of like when you take your cheek and smack it against your jaw like your making fun of someone masturbating). If you leave the cap on some what and masturbate, someone MIGHT hear it through a door if they are walking by (If the door is hollow, not sure about solid doors). Just turn some music on or something to drown out the sound. If you have access to a sink with running water for a minute, you have everything you need to clean it. Isopropyl alcohol and corn starch seem to be additional optional measures that may keep it in better shape over the long run, but are probably not necessary every time.
