Spread 'Em!

A spreader bar is an incredibly basic component of the ideal BDSM toy box. It's adjustable and easy to clean.

Use

This is an incredibly easy to use spreader bar. Spread your submissive's legs and attach cuffs to the eye hooks on either side of the bar. Too short? Are their legs not far enough apart? You can unscrew the middle eyes and add length! This is probably better for the beginner, because of the adjustable lengths and easy-to-use appearance. The shorter length makes using it on wrists rather than legs a possibility. It's also great for storing. Ours fits nicely in its little shelf and I still have room for other toys.

Performance

I actually really enjoyed using this! Or, I guess, having it used on me. It was good for use both in punishment/play and during sex. When used in play its use is pretty obvious: to keep your legs apart. In that regard it performs superbly. My legs were apart and there was enough length that various levels of discomfort were definitely achievable. During intercourse we found it was kind of fun if used as a sort of handle, i.e. during missionary to lift the legs up higher. Other than that and perhaps doggy, the bar is pretty cumbersome and just gets in the way.

Packaging

This bar is so easily stored! We store it in its collapsed form. It hangs on our rack from its eye hooks.
Follow-up commentary
I definitely enjoy this little bar. The fact that my feet must be on the outside of it still bothers me, but again that's purely my own opinion and not a result of the product. Bondage isn't supposed to be totally comfortable, right? It's easy to adjust during use & offers a variety of positions due to the adjustable length.

Does it hang from your rack or sit on the little shelf? I know what a shelf is, but I'm not sure I have a rack in my room, can you elaborate? Thanks for the review.
