FIVE ALARM FIRE

Please save yourself the money and try a different type of lube. It starts a five alarm fire, not the type anyone wants to deal with. If you're into a burning sensation, this product is for you!

Use

The K-Y Brand Yours and Mine is perfect if you and your partner can orgasm in ten seconds or less. This product might work out great in your romantic lives; It didn't in ours. Within a minute of penetration, we were both burning below and I do not mean in the good way either. If you use this lube, plan on taking either a bath or a shower within minutes after the start of intercourse. Please read the ingredients of this product before use to avoid any allergic reaction to the lube. Neither one of us are allergic to any of the ingredients and we had an issue.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

This is my breakdown of the K-Y Brand Yours and Mine Lube: it's water based, it pours out of the little vials like water, it has an oil like feel, it is very messy and does not stay in place. It does not feel sticky until both of the lubes combine in my opinion.
    • Oily

Taste / Aroma

As far as taste, well we didn't go there. This lube is meant for loving, not oral pleasures. The "yours" vial (blue for the male) I cannot detect a smell; the "mine" vial (purple for the female) reminded me of the Fire and Ice alcohol and is very pungent.

Performance

I can not give you an honest answer on how long the K-Y Brand Yours & Mine lasts. We both started to have a severe burning sensation within a minute of penetration. We both jumped in the shower and spent a good half hour trying to wash the lube off of ourselves and get the burning sensation to let up. The only positive things that I can mention about this product are that the vials are cute and have a little plastic holder that keeps them together. The burning sensation after the two lubes collided was something I never want to experience again nor would I wish on anyone.

Packaging

The box that the K-Y Brand Yours and Mine came in was exciting. I guess this was to prepare us for the major let down. There were instructions which we referred to after our mishap. As far as travel, if you decide to buy this lube and plan on traveling with it, do what we do. We place the lube in a small zip lock bag, wrap the bag with a few sheets of paper towels, and then place it in a larger zip lock bag. This will help contain any lube if it spills and will save you from an awkward mess.

Special Features

In the few seconds before we both started to burn, the sensations were indescribable. Then we both started to have the burning sensation. It was clean up time at that point. The lube does increase sensitivity. I think one is a cooling lube and one is a warming lube. When they collide, it's not a great feeling. To explain this burning feeling so you can understand what I am saying is that it would be like rubbing Ben Gay on your penis or vagina.

Great review Markie! I agree that the vials are cute but for $27.99, it shouldn't burn like that! I personally wouldn't pay that much for a lube anyway.... OMG I just seen the vial oz number.. 1 1/2 oz per vial? So three effing ounces for 28bucks? That's $9.33/1.oz YIKES! Maybe I am just cheap.. lol.
