This toy looked a little unwieldy once I got it out of the box but it is actually surprisingly easy to use. One little strap around the waist and one around each leg. The butterfly nestles against your clit and extends down providing good surface area stimulation and the vibrator is controlled by an attached corded remote.
Made of TPR, this toy is not able to be sterilized and apparently should have a condom on to protect it. This really doesn't look like it would work easily due to the shape and design of the butterfly which indicates it is best as a single user toy. It does clean up well with soap and water. Be careful not to immerse it however.
The stretchy bra-like attachments meant to hold it on are very easy to use and have a lot of give, leading me to believe it would fit people of variable sizes easily. The straps are adjustable, making it easy to tighten them as well.
Something to try: here's a tip for bigger women, you can also use the clasps to go around each leg separately by using the waist strap as a leg strap. That way the leg straps are huge and still seem to work to hold the whole thing fairly in place.
The vibrator is a nice bullet vibe and the TPR has a nice jelly-like texture that is very erotic and conducts the vibrations nicely where ever you place it. The variable intensity is nicely controllable with an easy to dial wheel. Another nice plus is that it really isn't all that loud.

We tried this toy as an adjunct to anal sex and found it to be excellent. It allows the person being penetrated to have both hands free, and the motion of being penetrated causes the vibe to shift a little back and forth creating a nice sensation.
