Fetish Fantasy Elite Unisex douche-enema is best used as an enema to prepare for anal sex or for cleansing. It can also be used to douche the vagina, however I would not recommend this. Douching can disturb the vagina's pH levels.

This product is good for beginners. The tip is slender, and with a bit of water based lube it slides in easily. Advanced users should have no problems inserting the tip either. To use the enema, pour tepid water inside the bulb and affix the neck portion. Laying on your left side with knees to your chest makes this process a lot easier. Once the neck is inserted, squeeze the bulb to release the water. For me, the problem with this product began during this step. The water tends to get sucked back in the bulb if you do not squeeze it all out. The design of the bulb makes it difficult to empty. When releasing the neck, make sure it does not come apart from the bulb, because this is a two piece enema, this tends to happen. Having it come apart makes it easier to fill up and clean out, but it becomes a concern when it wants to come apart while still inside of you!

The enema kit also includes a silicone eye mask, water based lubricant and antibacterial toy cleaner samples. The lubricant is perfect to use for insertion, and the toy cleaner was useful too. The silicone mask is one flimsy piece of silicone with a plastic bracket in back for attachment. It does not block out light completely and I've gotten rid of it since.

The lubricant and cleaner worked really well. As for the blindfold, it's ok, but not what I like in a blindfold. I prefer larger blindfolds because they are more effective.

Fetish Fantasy enema kit is made of hypo-allergenic silicone which is nonporous and latex and phthalates free. The bulb is soft and squeezable, and the neck is firm and rigid. The texture is smooth with some drag and no noticeable odor.

The eye mask is smooth flexible silicone with a plastic bracket. The cleaner sample is runny and has a noticeable soapy smell.

A water based lubricant sample is also included, which is thin and absorbs into skin quickly. It is handy to use with your enema, however, it is not paraben or gylcerin free. I like to use gentle, more natural lubes, so I just use my enema with water-based Sliquid gel.

The douche is around 9 1/2" long with the neck and bulb together, and it has an insertable length of 5". The circumference of the neck is 3", with a 1" diameter. The slim diameter is good for beginners.

Since the bulb only holds 6 ounces of water, the enema has to be used 2-3 times to feel really clean. The bulb sucking water back in and coming apart from the neck when pulling out are due to major design flaws. I think if there was some locking mechanism, like a twist to lock part on the neck, it would vastly improve this product.

Silicone items can be cleaned with soap and water, 10% bleach solution, by boiling, or in the top row of the dishwasher. The enema should only be used with water-based lubricant since silicone lube may degrade the material.

The enema kit arrived in a box with pictures of the product all over it. Inside, each of the components were individually wrapped. The box is not discreet and is quite large. It can be used for storage if you have the space. I keep my enema in a plastic bag away from other toys.
