I find the best way to use this douche is in the shower. I always use a little bit of lube and fill with luke warm water. I insert, and try to hold the water as long as possible. When pulling the douche out, you will want to make sure you grasp the neck firmly as it can pull apart from the base quite easily.

The long neck that is inserted into your body is a smooth unlined hard plastic covered with a layer of unremovable silicone. The bulb is also silicone and is very flexible. The included mask/blindfold is also made of a very flexible silicone.

The overall shape of the Fetish Fantasy Douche is an elongated teardrop shape. The neck is slender and measures 5 inches long. The bulb is 4 inches in length and 9 inches at the widest circumference. The shap and size are perfect to me. The slender neck is very easy to insert with a little bit of lube. I prefer this douche anally.

I was extremely excited to own this douche to use before anal sex. The concept seems easy, and simple. However, ease of removal can be very frustrating. The bulb is only attached by a small lip in the shaft of the neck, which makes it very easy to disconnect and leave a mess or worse fear that the neck could get swallowed inside. I have used this douche multiple times and it does get easier with experience.

The Fetish Fantasy Douche is very simple to clean. It includes a very small bottle of antibacterial cleaner. The cleaner does contain parabens, so I just tossed it out. Since I am the only one using the douche and I use it in the shower I rinse it with very hot soapy water and a mild antibacterial soap. Because the bulb is made of silicone you can boil it if you wish. The neck contains some sort of unmarked plastic and I would not recommend boiling.

The douche was slipped into an open plastic baggie inside of a cardboard box which was clearly labeled with a large glossy picture of the douche and enclosed mask. Inside the box was also a silicone mask in a plastic baggie, and a small bottle of cleaner. There were no additional directions or inserts. The douche is pretty self explanatory.

The first time I used this douche it was a bit tricky. While trying to remove the neck the bulb pulled from the neck and I had a small scare with wet fingers grasping for the neck. I had initially tried using it in the toilet. After many many uses I have found the shower to be the best, in case of a spill also to rinse the water when finished.
