Goodfella - realistic dildo by Vixen Creations, Inc - review by Strider

I bought this as a strap-on dildo, and let me tell you, it works well for that! It is a realistic dildo so, in my option at least, it looks good in a harness. It can also be used as a handheld dildo. But I believe it best shines as a strap-on penis. It may be too hard for all-out thrusting depending on your partner. It not only has a flared base for a strap-on O-ring, but also a good set of balls so it can definitely be used as an anal toy. I would say that this is a toy suited to an ambitious beginner or an intermediate user.

This dildo is made of dual density vixskin silicone and as such does not really have a smell or taste to it. It has a drag to it like most silicone does. You will need to use a water based lube. Do not use a silicone based lube as it will damage the dildo. The dildo is on the firm side. It has a fairly realistic feel to it. I have dildos that feel more so, but they are not silicone. It has a detailed head with a foreskin as well as a veined shaft and fairly realistic looking balls. Sadly, the balls do not feel as real as they look.

As I said above, the Goodfella looks good in harness. I only wish it came in more flesh tones. I'm pale but not quite as pale as the Vanilla color. If I was I would look like a vampire. It's nicely shaped for hitting the G-/P-spot if you are using it face to face while not being so curved that it makes doggy stile penetration uncomfortable. It has an insertable length of 5 1/2", making it about the size of an average penis. It's a tad on the thin side (1 3/4 inches diameter) as far as thickness goes but that's not always a bad thing. It’s fairly realistic looking if a bit flat and overly pale in color.

The Goodfella was my first strap-on dildo and I still am quite fond of it. That being said it does have its draw backs. It's made of a fairly firm silicone so all out thrusting is more than some people can take. It also can make a plastic-like squeaking nose when being sucked on sometimes. The nose is faint and can be ignored easily. The Goodfella fits easily and comfortably in an O-ring harness. I have only had it in me once and that was when curiosity got the better of me. It felt good and gave me light G-spot stimulation in the way I was using it but it was just too surreal having something that I thought of as my own penis inside me.
From my experience using this on a lover it's decent for P-spot stimulation. I don't know that I would say excellent P-spot stimulation, but it was at least OK at it.

As the Goodfella is made of silicone, it is easy to clean. It can be boiled or bleached with a 10% bleach solution and is dishwasher safe. I use soap and water for every day cleaning and boil it every few months or in between partners. It will collect dust if left uncovered but it is not as much of a dust magnet as some toys I own. I would hang onto the box it comes in for as long as you can because it's a good way to store it. As I no longer have the box, I keep it wrapped in an old T-shirt. This works but I would like to get a bag for it.

The case that the Goodfella came in is in no way discreet. It is a clear plastic box with red text about the toy on it. I used it for a while to keep the Goodfella safe. I don't remember why I got rid of it. It was easy to get into and made an okay storage box in my opinion.

I got this as a FTM prosthetic and the only reason I don't use it more is that it doesn't quite look like I feel I would look like. I have found closer matches to what I imagine I would look like.
