Goodfella - realistic dildo with balls discontinued by Vixen Creations, Inc - review by iovys

As with all my other orders, this one arrived in a plain brown cardboard box with no markings that would suggest what its contents really were. The sender is marked as "WebMerchants Inc." Like all other VixSkin toys, this one arrived in a clear plastic box. It's somewhat flimsy, but it can be used as storage, I suppose. I ended up tossing the box as soon as I unwrapped it.

Goodfella is fantastically squishy on the outside, firm on the inside. I can only use this toy vaginally, and I feel that it's best used as such. Opinions, of course, may vary. I can see it being used anally as well, though. The balls and the flared base will keep anal use safe, so it'll be impossible for your butt to "suck it in". There's a lovely upwards curve which easily stimulates my G-Spot. I can imagine it would stimulate the prostate quite nicely as well.



I enjoy using most of my dildos in the shower, but Vixskin dildos can be used pretty much anywhere private. Sadly, none of these have suction cups, only flared bases. Good for harness play, I'm sure, but I don't have a harness to test any of mine with. I like to think that they'd be better off with suction cups that are compatible with harnesses, but we can't have everything.

The material is Vixen's silicone formula known as VixSkin. It's silicone, so it's body-safe, non-porous, and there're no questionable materials involved. It is, however, a slightly sticky type of silicone, not matte, and it's one hell of a lint magnet. This type of silicone easily becomes slick with wet or lube, and I find it very slippery and easy to thrust quickly. The squishy heads on VixSkin models physically cannot bruise my cervix, even when I play rough. There are no scents involved, aside from that of the typical "new" smell you get, but that fades away real quick. Again, all the VixSkin dildos are like this.

The entire head is made of the irresistibly soft silicone. If you press down on it, it'll give in easily. This is fantastic when it comes to grinding Goodfella deep within me. Throughout a woman's cycle, her cervix moves, either lengthening or shortening the vaginal canal. While it may be true that with ample stimulation, the vagina will adjust to a penis's length, there are days you just don't have the time for that. On my shallower days, when I can't take my beloved VixSkin Johnny, I love gently pressing Goodfella's head against my cervix.

I get wonderful cervical orgasms from doing so. They usually take me an hour or more to get hold of. Cervical orgasms tend to be elusive, and in general difficult to achieve, so with my anorgasmic body, it's even harder. I find that Goodfella's rather decent at it, but VixSkin Johnny is better for those. I am well aware that some women don't like having their cervix stimulated, as it can get painful, but when it comes to VixSkin dildos, I can't get enough of the gentle pressure their squishy heads provide. Like how I mentioned earlier, it's borderline impossible to bruise your cervix during use, unlike with most other dildos. I can subtly feel the coronal glans running over my pubic bone with each thrust, and that's pleasant as well.



Another note on the squishy factor -- I love sitting down all the way down on Goodfella at my desk with the balls against my asshole, grinding away, and clenching my kegels around the shaft. There aren't many dildos I can sit on at my desk - Goodfella is the only one I can do it comfortably every time. This is because it's on the slightly shorter side of things, the balls are very comfortable and soft (VixSkin Johnny's balls are kinda flat, and it's a stretch in general), and the head is squishy enough for me to not worry about bruising myself.

I would have rated Goodfella a solid 5/5 if not for these 3 points:
1) no suction cup
2) the flared base is oddly shaped and curved outward
3) the flared base is *very* firm and hurts to grip when compared to other bases.



So dual-density and cervical orgasms praise aside, the base absolutely *SUCKS* for handheld thrusting. Apparently, while I get close, I unconsciously increase my grip by a lot, and then my fingers became bruised and hurt for a solid 4 days afterward. I felt as if I had actually injured my hand when I woke up the next morning, couldn't figure out why it was sore. I realized it was Goodfella's base's fault when I wanted to masturbate again 2 days after and held that base in position to thrust into myself, and the pain flared up as if 2 puzzle pieces had clicked. This does not happen if I focus diligently on holding the base *gently*.

Goodfella's default container is kinda bad for storage. It's made of flimsy, transparent plastic, but at least you won't get dust and lint all over your toy while it's in there. I tossed mine and just wash it with soap and water before and after each use. It also isn't going to fit in your standard storage baggies because the balls stick out a lot. I could barely fit it into my UV sterilizer pouch by B-Vibe, which I had bought alongside Goodfella and like 5 other toys. So that's one way to store and clean it - UV light. Fancy. I usually just wash it with warm water and antibacterial soap, but you can also opt for your favorite toy cleaner.

The packaging is okay as packaging, but not good for gifting or storage. It ain't fancy, and you can clearly see there's a phallic dildo inside. Normally, I wouldn't really deem something like this gift-worthy, but it's *such* a pleasurable toy that you can get away with it if you wrap it up nicely.

I have 3 VixSkin models now. From top to bottom, we have the VixSkin Mustang, VixSkin Goodfella, and VixSkin Johnny. You can find the differences below:

VixSkin Mustang vs VixSkin Goodfella: Both good for beginner-intermediate users. Almost identical, but VixSkin Mustang's a bit lengthier because of the lack of VixSkin Goodfella's balls. Shape is almost indistinguishable when inserted, except you can feel VixSkin Goodfella's balls either on your asshole or between your thighs, depending on how you use it. Would recommend VixSkin Mustang over VixSkin Goodfella to only to people that don't like the feeling of balls or to those that tend to grip a dildo really hard while masturbating or you'll end up with sore fingers.

VixSkin Johnny vs VixSkin Goodfella: Rather noticeable size difference. Different shape as well. VixSkin Johnny's balls are flat, have a firm back end, and I don't really like them. VixSkin Goodfella's balls are awesome and all-around squishy. Wouldn't recommend VixSkin Johnnyto beginners, even if the silicone is very squishy - there is still some stretching to do.

Aside from the soreness/bruising I experienced on my fingers from gripping the base too hard during my first trial, I've had only pleasurable experiences with the VixSkin Goodfella. I'm very pleased with its squishiness, flexibility, and, most importantly, I love the balls. The only balls I can compare these to from the toys I already do own is that of Dual Density Luminosity. They're a bit firmer, but they're still one of the nicest ones I've seen on an inexpensive (when on sale) dildo. The only thing I would change is the base's shape and firmness.
