As a transman, I was excited to get this. I like the feel and look of it while wearing it, though not having an appropriate harness made it a bit lacking in some respects and difficult to control. I plan to buy a harness (Joque Spareparts Harness) to go along with it, and hopefully that will add to the experience. Though overall, I liked the way it felt while wearing it. I also felt the balls in front of the base added to the overall realism of it.

Most other reviews will also touch upon the fact that this has a great look and feel - pretty realistic it would seem (I say this because I don't have much experience with seeing the "real" thing to compare this to).

The down side in my case - my wife (never having had something bigger than a couple of fingers inserted inside her), found it too big, or wide/thick, I should say, making the experience painful. Hopefully this will change in time as well, and then we'll have more/better experience with it.

So, for beginners, it might be good to first get something "slimmer" and then upgrade to this when you're ready. I'm so bummed that this has been mostly just sitting around since it's too painful for us to use right now. Hopefully we'll get there though, and then I can give a bit more detail here.

Oh, and as for smell - nothing too bad really, and my wife has a super-sensitive nose :)

As for cleaning it - it's OK, just rinse it if you don't need it to be disinfected (if you do, then I guess boiling and whatnot would be fine, like most mention), and after that you can pat some corn starch on it to make it less sticky.

Another note: use lots of lube :)

For packing, you really couldn't use this, unless you wanted to look like you have a huge hard-on.
