Bimini ocean - g-spot and clitoral vibrator by Fun Factory - review by ~LaUr3n~

FunFactory is of course known for producing fun toys to use with fun colors and unique functions. They have now created a brand new line of toys that get this-is even fun to charge! With their new magnetic click-N-charge technology, one charger works for all the toys in this line. This saves you money and also helps the environment by not adding more inevitable waste.

The BiMini Ocean is one of these new vibrators. The name says exactly what it is and does. It is a mini vibrator, smaller than the length of my hand, that has a dual (bi) stimulation AND is waterproof. It simultaneously stimulates the g-spot and the clitoris. The BiMini can be completely submerged in water and its design makes it completely body safe because of its 100% cured silicone. The shape is just as gorgeous as its royal blue color (also available in baby pink). The size is intimidated but doesn't leave you feeling cut short of any amount of pleasure. With the huge range of vibration levels, this toy is suitable for most anyone.

The BiMini Ocean is made of a superior and velvety 100% certified silicone. This material is super safe for the body because is it non-porous, phthalates and latex free, hypo-allergenic, and food-grade material. It has no smell or taste. The surface of the silicone has a moderate drag and so I recommend using a water based lubricant with it. It does collect dust and hair fairly easily so be sure to rinse before using as well as cleaning afterward. The silicone is soft and so it has a fair amount of give which makes it even more comfortable to use.

The BiMini Ocean is mini but it isn't inadequate. It is a total of 5 1/2" long, and has 3" of insertable length. I have a shallow g-spot like I am learning that many women do. This length gives the curved end great placement for finding and targeting the g-spot. The circumference is about 4" around. The shape is gorgeous and unique. The end curve and the clitoral curve both make the vibrator look like it has waves of water. From the side lines of swirls and curves can be seen. These don't add any extra stimulation but they do look pretty! The end 1 1/2 of shaft is flexible so you can angle the toy inside of you to match your unique anatomy. The clitoral part is just a bump in essence. You can't bend it to meet your clit if it doesn't already. The last inch of the toy is a hard black plastic and is where the charging unit magnets to.

Because the toy doesn't have an obvious phallic shape and doesn't have a super visible control panel, it is more discreet than some toys, but still shouldn't be left out since it collects dust easily. It is a small size and easy to travel with, but because of the magnetic components, it might not be smart to do so. Going through a metal detector or luggage scanner, may damage the toy. I recommend taking this on road trips only.

On the underside of the toy is the simple control panel. There are two buttons. One is + and the other is -. To turn the toy on you have to hold the + sign for 3-4 seconds. At first I thought I had a dud because I wasn't waiting long enough, be patient! The buttons are covered in the same soft silicone and are easy to push and hold.

Once on, the starting level of vibration is a very low flutter and is completely silent. Continuing to press the + button will lead you to the following levels and patterns:

1. Very light flutter of steady vibration-virtually silent
2. Low level of steady vibration-cannot be heard in the same room
3. Moderate level of steady vibration-can be heard in the same room if inside the body
4. Increased moderate level of steady vibration-can be heard outside a door if not inside the body
5. High level of steady vibration-can be heard outside a door if not inside the body, a mechanical buzzing is added
6. Even higher level of steady vibration-pretty loud if outside the body, can still be lightly heard if inside the body
7. Intense level of vibration-very loud if outside the body
8. Even more intense level!-very loud if outside the body (I think there might be 2 more levels above this but they are too close to be sure)
9. An escalation pulse of high vibration with a second of pause before repeating-loud
10. Same but faster, louder
11. Very fast high level pulse with no pause-loud

I am unsure of exactly how many levels of steady vibration there are. Sometimes the toy went to the vibration patterns without having to hold the + on what I thought was the highest level, and sometimes it just went o them. Either way, there is LOTS of variety here and I was impressed with all the levels.
Clicking the + button repeats #9 again. In order to get back to the constant levels press the - button.
7. So, the upper half of the vibration levels will be heard outside a door if the toy is not inside the body. While inside the body, the noise is muffled a considerable amount but will probably still be heard by someone if they are in the same room.

To turn the toy off, hold the minus sign down. It will go to that flutter level. Then make sure you press and hold once more to turn the toy completely off. I am not sure exactly how long the toy can last at max capacity. I have used this toy 3 times of about 30-45 minutes each without recharging. I didn't notice any decrease in power. My guess would be that it lasts 3-4 hours depending on the levels you choose.

This toy is waterproof and can be completely submerged in water. Using the higher levels underwater muffles the noise even further. It was fun to use in the shower and even more so in a relaxing bath.

This toy is rechargeable and fun to do so. The clickNcharge charger is magnetic and simply "clicks" onto the end of the vibrator and plugs into the wall. For the best and most consistent charge, line up the two logos on top of each other and parallel. For the first initial charge, charging can take up to 6 hours long. Afterward, maintenance charging will take much less time if you charge it after each use. During charging, a red logo will light up and pulse until the charge is complete, at which point the light will stay constant.
Because of the new lithium polymer technology prevents the motor and battery from being damaged from extra charge time and allows you to charge it at any time relative to the end of use.

The silicone can be sanitized by dipping the insertable portion in boiling water for 3-5 seconds. Otherwise, use a toy sanitizing spray or soap and water before and after use. Store the toy in a cool and dry place to prevent condensation. I would keep this toy in its box or another box to prevent it from collecting dust. The curves of the toy can be hard to clean completely. Using a soft brush or a wash cloth can help get into those deep crevices.

Some safety and maintenance tips to remember:

-The vibrator cannot be sued while charging and will shut off if connected to the charger while on
-Traveling can cause condensation to build in the toy, wait a few hours to use the toy
-Using the toy regularly will lengthen the battery life, don't store it without being charged
-Prevent the end of the toy and the charger from touching other magnetic surfaces, keep them away from things with magnetic strips like credit cards. Contact could ruin or damage both.
-Don't leave in direct sunlight (if you have the urge...don't throw it into a fire either-the directions specifically say not to hmmm...I love this too much to ever destroy it!)
-Don't use this toy anally, with improper use, it could be sucked inside the body and would be difficult to remove (also per the instructions, don't stick it in your ear of nose-again...this makes me wonder-who does that?!).

NOTE: Only use water based lubricants. Silicone ones will damage the composition of the material irreversibly.

The packaging is super informative and even includes a sample of ToyFluid lubricant. The front of the package has a cool magnetic closure. Opening the toy front parts reveals the toy and information further. Inside are two pamphlets. One is about the toy specifically and has instructions and info in a few different languages. The other has information about other product lines and other toys in the same line. The box isn't too much larger than the toy so it is great for storage and won't take up a considerable amount of space.

I loved the BiMini Ocean. It fit my anatomy well, but it won't fit everyone. It was kind of a hit or miss sometimes though. With the higher vibration levels, the vibration can be felt throughout the entire toy and it makes it less necessary for the clitoral nub to be in direct contact. The vibration transfer through regardless. The g-spot nub hit my g-spot perfectly and since it was flexible I was able to bend the toy to fit me even better. The buttons were easy to use and the vibration levels were awesome! My biggest grievance was the fact that the toy collected dust, but that is easy to fix.

The charging was a bit finicky at first too. I was unsure if the vibrator was charging if the light wasn't on. It seemed like it was but since I wasn't sure I had to set it up with other props in my bathroom so that the logos were aligned perfectly and the light was pulsing constantly.

These small cons were not enough to make me dislike this toy. I love it! I would recommend it to anyone really. Even if you don't think the clitoral attachment will connect just right or that the g-spot part might not reach your g-spot, it is still an excellent and powerful vibrator with a lot of variety that is safe for the body and the environment.
