Convenient Cleaning
This is a great wipe to have on hand for traveling or for times that you can't or don't want to get up and wash your toy immediately.Published: October 4, 2011
Pros:
Works well, fairly discreet, resealable packaging
Cons:
None really except for possible price per wipe breakdown
I received these wipes as a free add on in my cart when I first ordered from Eden Fantasys. While they were free, I would actually consider buying them because they are great wipes. They are listed as all-purpose wipes that are alcohol-free, safe both for toys and skin.
They were lightly scented with a smell reminiscent of baby wipes, but the smell doesn't linger. So, it's not a big deal if you don't like the smell. I've used them on a variety of toys, from a plastic bullet to a jelly rabbit vibrator and both toys held up well using it. I double checked the packaging and website listing to see whether or not it was unsafe for any specific materials of toys. But it didn't say, so I figure it's fine for all. I didn't use it to wipe any part of my body except for what got on my hands, and it left them clean without drying them out or with a lingering smell.
I found them to be a good size and enjoyed the resealable package, though you have to take care to open it carefully the first time so that the package doesn't rip as it almost did for me and I've seen has done for some other reviewers. It seems to be a great package that would be easy to travel with and stay fairly discreet, as it reminds me of the same type of packing my make-up remover wipes come in. It lists that it contains "Water, Chlorhexidine, Glycerin, Aloe Extract, Vitamin E, Tea Tree Oil" and is hypo-allergenic and anti-microbial, which is nice to know. 10 wipes come in a package which is nice to for a sample pack, though it'd be nice if more came in a package for the price.

Experience
I used the wipes for toy clean up after using lube and without using lube and it cleaned up well both times. I wasn't sure how well they would do in cleaning up lube, but I had no problems! I like that the package was resealable so that they didn't dry out and are fairly discreet.
Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
I still enjoy these wipes though I would only ever get them free with my order and not as an actual purchase because of their price. Fifty cents a wipe is a bit more than I'd like to pay. Overall, they are still a nice product that cleaned both my toys and girly bits well without any irritation and it's nice that the package is a nice hand-held size. I'll definitely keep requesting these as my free add on!

Eden Wipes - FYI: date on back of package is made on date, NOT expiration date
-
I just received my first package of these, and was confused at first, at why they sent me wipes that expired in november. However, I looked for threads about this subject, and there already several that state this is the MANUFACTURE DATE. I just wanted to make it easier for everyone to see this information. Also, someone has stated they expire 3 years from the manufacture date. Please feel to verify this information as well.
-
I believe that is the info going around about these. I know there were alot of confused people at first, but I think we got it all figured out. Thank you for confirming it though.

Toy/Body wipes good for... lady parts?
-
I was just wondering if these wipes would be good for using on your lady parts as part of your after-fun-times clean up routine?
I'm trying to get better at cleaning myself up afterwards instead of just being lazy. Normally, I'll just get up and wipe with a tissue or toilet paper, but I feel like I could be doing more to clean up. -
I use the wipes down there quite frequently. I use them after play, when I'm on my period, and whenever I feel the need to. They're really handy.

Is this ok to use with fleshlight?
-
If I use this on a fleshlight, will it damage it or safe to use?
-
I am curious to this answer as well!
-
I don't have a fleshlight but, I've used this product on many types of toys with no issues. The only thing is that these are a bit expensive for just a few wipes and they are small.

Toy wipes vs. wet wipes
-
Are toy wipes safer/preferable to something like a general wet wipe? Can I use wet wipes on my toys without damaging them?
-
Quote: Are toy wipes safer/preferable to something like a general wet wipe? Can I use wet wipes on my toys without damaging them?I was asking about that in another thread here. See if there's any helpful information there. You might try comparing ingredients on some toy wipes vs. random wet wipes.
I don't have a definitive answer, though. -
Definitely depends on the toy, but I think general wet wipes are probably fine for toys that you clean with just soap and water. I used to buy wet wipes at the drug store that were "sensitive skin formula" or "hands and face" or something like that to try and reduce the amount of unsafe chemicals in them, and I'd always look at the ingredients list. But I've used general wet wipes on my hard plastic toys with no problems.

UNscented option?
-
I've been looking for a wipe like the Eden toy and body wipes--but I can't stand scents. Please produce an unscented version!
-
Unscented baby wipes? I hardly notice the scent on the eden wipes, though.
-
I agree with Elnoa, I hardly notice the scent at all unless I'm purposely trying to smell for it.

Larger pack?
-
I wonder if they will make them in a larger pack soon. The ten pack does not seem like it is enough.
-
I have noticed them in the free gift section.Personally, I would rather have the free shirt!

volume

Do these come in a large volume package so maybe the price will shrink per sheet?

Quote: Do these come in a large volume package so maybe the price will shrink per sheet?Right now they don't, but if you mention it in the next 'Eden Should Carry...' thread I bet they'd listen! It's a good idea!

Thank you for viewing Eden toy and body wipes review page!

Something to consider adding for future reviews of this sort, is when it was on your skin how did it feel? You mention it left your hands clean but didn't dry them, but did you feel like it left any extra moisture, or an oily residue? How long did the scent last on the skin as opposed to toys? Did it work best on any particular material for the toys? And you say that there were 10 wipes in the package, how big was the package?
GREAT review, just little details like that will help you go from having a "useful" review to an "extremely useful" review
Wonderful start to your reviews though, and I will keep on reading if you keep them coming
Thanks, Peggi! These are all great tips I'll keep in mind. I've only written a few reviews and am trying to get better!
Thanks for the follow up!!
Absolutely!
Thanks
thanks for the review
No problem! I've gotten more of these with almost every order I've put in and am glad to have them around. They really are great for your free gift choice.
