"Edible" is only a technicality.

By edible, they must mean that eating it won't kill you, but it's certainly not something you want near your tongue.

Pros:
none, honestly.
Cons:
tastes awful, sticky, hard to eat

I was excited to try these out when I first bought them. They look like so much fun! Alas, I was SORELY disappointed. While they certainly sound like a fun way to spice things up, they will kill your mood the moment they enter your or your partner's mouth. Both the taste and texture are awful, and they left me with a chemically aftertaste that I had to brush my teeth to rid myself of.

The panties are hard to get on, to start. Once you've managed that, they are hard to wear. They become uncomfortably sticky within minutes of putting them on, and they are difficult to move around in. They make you feel about as sexy as wearing a plastic bag covered in rotting fruit juice. That's sort of what they look like. In fact, you may as well save your money and wear that instead. They are wrinkly, oddly bunched and pinchy. Now that we've covered the wearing, let's discuss removal.

As I'm sure you are aware, the intended way to take these off is to eat them. Biting at them is awkward, painful and really gets you nowhere, but licking them takes far too long and results in a film of sticky, oddly coloured mush. This mush will cover everything. Let's not even mention how much you would be subjecting yourself to the taste of this rubbish! The best way to remove them would be to simply rip them off and dump them in the waste-bin. In fact, you should probably do that the moment you take them from the packaging.

The only use I can think of is as a gag gift or a bachelorette party. It could be worth a few laughs, something to giggle over, but really should be kept far away from the bedroom or any intimate situation. Please, spare your taste buds (and your partners!) and just leave the sexy play to better, tastier and higher quality items.
Follow-up commentary
Even after a second taste, there's just no way. It's not even the kind of bad that grows on you after you make yourself taste it more, it's just really awful. I still don't recommend this product, and there's really nothing that can sway my opinion. Just stay away.

I can't remember but I'm advising you don't waste your money on this in any flavor. The flavor and texture is just gross and it's so cheaply made (obviously).
