Fast, Easy Clean Up.
The all purpose wet wipes made by EF are easy to use and easy to store. They're compatible with all toy materials and are safe to use on your skin. I'd most definitely recommend these to anyone but at the same time give the warning that they do contain glycerin and are lightly scented. I just wish there were more per package. Still, they're a great buy that promote EdenFantasys - definitely a product worth trying out!Published: August 20, 2011
Pros:
cheap, stretchy, soft, safe for all toys, no chemical smell
Cons:
scented, only 10 wipes, cheesy and cheap packaging, contains glycerin
EdenFantasys Toy and Body Wipes are all-purpose wet wipes that make clean up extremely easy. Contained in a little 4"X3" package with resealable front, the wipes are easy to store and easily tucked into a purse or overnight bag. The white package with pink and green fonts and geometric shapes, however, is completely indiscreet as it proudly touts the stores website and the motto 'The Sex Shop You Can Trust'. Also on the package are a date which i'm guessing to be a packaged on date as mine said 3/25/2011, the ingredients list, and a bit about all the things you can do on the website.
The wipes have a lightly floral scent, but the smell doesn't linger on toys or skin after use. They don't contain alcohol, but they do contain glycerin, so they may not be ideal for people with sensitive skin, glycerin allergies, or those who are sensitive to smells. Also on the ingredient list are Water, Chlorhexidine (an antiseptic found in mouthwash and contact lens solution), Aloe Extract, Vitamin E, and Tea Tree Oil. No where on the package does it say specifically that the wipes are antibacterial, but because of the Chlorhexidine they do kill bacteria.
The wipes are really stretchy, but only in one direction and they don't snap back into shape. The wipes are easily ripped too, which is actually a good thing. Because the wipes stretch, you can increase the size of the wipe by about a third and rip it in half to use on two different toys, making the 10 count package last a little longer.
All in all, the wipes are a good buy. They do the job and don't leave a sticky residue or scent behind, and at the same time promote Eden. Whats not to love?

Experience
My experience with the wipes so far has been great. I've tried them on all of my toys (plastic, glass, and TPR) and have not noticed any adverse effects. I just wish the package was a bit more discreet.
Follow-up commentary
6 months after original review
The wipes themselves worked wonderfully. They kept my toys clean (glass, silicone, TPR, and plastic materials) and didn't leave a lingering smell or stickiness, nor did they damage the toys in any way. The 10 ct package didn't last long (Boo!) and I had to transfer them over to a ziploc baggie for storage. As in my original review, the packaging kinda sucks. Not only is it not discrete, but the resealable part doesn't stay sealed after too many openings and closings. I know that happens a lot with resealable packaging, but this seemed to happen way too fast for as often as I was using them.
If they're offered as a 'free gift' with an order, I'd get them again. Having run out so long ago and in need of a quick clean alternative for those lazy after play sessions, I realized that the price actually isn't worth the amount. They work, and work well...it's just not a product for the frugal.

Eden Wipes - FYI: date on back of package is made on date, NOT expiration date
-
I just received my first package of these, and was confused at first, at why they sent me wipes that expired in november. However, I looked for threads about this subject, and there already several that state this is the MANUFACTURE DATE. I just wanted to make it easier for everyone to see this information. Also, someone has stated they expire 3 years from the manufacture date. Please feel to verify this information as well.
-
I believe that is the info going around about these. I know there were alot of confused people at first, but I think we got it all figured out. Thank you for confirming it though.

Toy/Body wipes good for... lady parts?
-
I was just wondering if these wipes would be good for using on your lady parts as part of your after-fun-times clean up routine?
I'm trying to get better at cleaning myself up afterwards instead of just being lazy. Normally, I'll just get up and wipe with a tissue or toilet paper, but I feel like I could be doing more to clean up. -
I use the wipes down there quite frequently. I use them after play, when I'm on my period, and whenever I feel the need to. They're really handy.

Is this ok to use with fleshlight?
-
If I use this on a fleshlight, will it damage it or safe to use?
-
I am curious to this answer as well!
-
I don't have a fleshlight but, I've used this product on many types of toys with no issues. The only thing is that these are a bit expensive for just a few wipes and they are small.

Toy wipes vs. wet wipes
-
Are toy wipes safer/preferable to something like a general wet wipe? Can I use wet wipes on my toys without damaging them?
-
Quote: Are toy wipes safer/preferable to something like a general wet wipe? Can I use wet wipes on my toys without damaging them?I was asking about that in another thread here. See if there's any helpful information there. You might try comparing ingredients on some toy wipes vs. random wet wipes.
I don't have a definitive answer, though. -
Definitely depends on the toy, but I think general wet wipes are probably fine for toys that you clean with just soap and water. I used to buy wet wipes at the drug store that were "sensitive skin formula" or "hands and face" or something like that to try and reduce the amount of unsafe chemicals in them, and I'd always look at the ingredients list. But I've used general wet wipes on my hard plastic toys with no problems.

UNscented option?
-
I've been looking for a wipe like the Eden toy and body wipes--but I can't stand scents. Please produce an unscented version!
-
Unscented baby wipes? I hardly notice the scent on the eden wipes, though.
-
I agree with Elnoa, I hardly notice the scent at all unless I'm purposely trying to smell for it.

Larger pack?
-
I wonder if they will make them in a larger pack soon. The ten pack does not seem like it is enough.
-
I have noticed them in the free gift section.Personally, I would rather have the free shirt!

volume

Do these come in a large volume package so maybe the price will shrink per sheet?

Quote: Do these come in a large volume package so maybe the price will shrink per sheet?Right now they don't, but if you mention it in the next 'Eden Should Carry...' thread I bet they'd listen! It's a good idea!

Thank you for viewing Eden toy and body wipes review page!

Love these wipes and so long as they are free as a gift I will totally be getting them every time. Great work on researching and adding a link for info on chlorhexidine.
good review, thanks. I could not see my self paying that much for these. It seems to me that baby wipes would work just the same, and be alot cheaper.
Baby wipes are much cheaper but I want to get some of these
Nice review
I got mine 2day i was disappointed too i thought it would be bigger it was so small and only 10 wipes!. I agree baby wipes are so much better
