Soft Kissable Lips

This is an awesome product, worth what you pay for in the long run. I love it so much. I love how it makes my lips feel and it's so easy to use. I let my nieces use it and it belongs in anyone's makeup kit, purse or pocket.

Pros:

Use

I like using the kissing balm for everything -- dry cracked lips, lip gloss, or a pick me up. Men can use this product too. It helps with everything that affects your lips. Can also be used for a man or a woman as a slight mood enhancer. Babies and children could use this product.

I found this balm to be soft and silky. A little bit goes a long way. It isn't greasy and goes on the lips smoothly leaving them moist. I glide my finger in the little tube, get just a little bit and smooth over my lips. It helps heal my cracked lips.

Taste / Aroma

The taste was awesome. It was kind of flowery, but in a good way -- at least to me. I kept licking my lips. The smell was wow. I have honey orange and I love it!

Performance

I still use this product. It lasts a long time; I wake up and apply this in the morning and it lasts pretty much all day. I like to reapply to my lips for the taste and, because it's better than lip gloss, it leaves my lips soft and smooth and gives them that wet feeling.

This came in a cute little tin almost like Carmex, only bigger and better. It was sealed with a plastic ring to keep it closed.

I love this product and there isn't anything bad I could say about it. I will buy more. Even if it's a bit pricey for the small packaging. It lasts a long time, so really it was worth the splurge. I have replaced all my old chap sticks and such for this balm. I personally love how it smells, tastes, and feels on my lips.

Experience

In my experience it helped heal my cracked lips; in a matter of a day my lips weren't dry or bleeding. When I first used this my lips were cooled off and felt awesome.
Follow-up commentary
I still love this product. It will be a staple in my everyday life and a great Christmas gift that I will be buying for everyone since everyone wants to try and use mine. This product is just awesome!

    • Why is it so expensive? It looks like it'd feel great on my lips, especially with rose, but I don't know..
    • Usually, any explanation of price falls into two categories:

      1) The manufacturer put more money into the product (quality ingredients, extensive testing, etc.), and thus the price reflects that.

      2) The price is high because people will pay it (brand recognition; think "Apple"), regardless of the real quality.

      Take your pick.
    • It's got lots of ingredients and many of them are expensive (coconut and almond oils, etc) plus it's a luxury item.
