Nice, Soft, Kissable Lips

The rose scented Kissing Balm is a wonderful product for your lips or other areas you have dry skin. It absorbs quickly without becoming tacky or sticky but the sweet scent lingers anywhere you apply this product. A great splurge.
Great taste and scents, smooth, long-lasting
Pricy, taste fades quickly

This Kissing Balm is used to moisten your lips and make them feel softer. It is made by Sensuous Beauty as part of their Edible treats line. I chose the rose flavour which works great for the lips and anywhere else you might have dry skin. It is made of all natural ingredients which include: Organic coconut oil, almond oil, shea butter, beeswax, honey, vegetable glycerin. It would be perfect for anyone who knows that they don't have reactions to any of those ingredients.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

A little dab on your finger will allow you to glide it on your lips effortlessly. A tiny bit will go a long way. The balm itself has a thin consistency and feels very smooth.

You get about half an ounce which is enough to last you quite a while, even if you're like me and apply it several times a day. It absorbs quickly when I rub it between my fingers or on the back of my hand but my skin starts to feel a lot smoother to the touch. It will moisten any area you apply it to, even dry skin on the back of your elbows will begin to feel a lot softer.

Taste / Aroma

The rose scented Kissing Balm smells a lot like roses and tastes very sweet. The sweet taste I find goes away fairly quickly but the light floral sent remains. At first I didn't expect the rose scent to have such a strong smell but it fades rather quickly and I ended up liking it a lot.
    • Smells good
    • Strong smell
    • Sweet taste

My lips dry out very easily and I was amazed that this balm completely stopped them from cracking and becoming chapped. I love how soft it makes my lips feel. I also use it around my cuticles so they don't dry out and it works just as well. I definitely recommend this, especially because it works a lot better than most products you can find at the pharmacy.
    • Absorbs into skin nicely
    • Long lasting

The packaging is very minimal. The balm comes in a glass jar with a plastic ring that easily peels off. The lid twists off and you can dip your finger in to apply it to your lips. If you don't like floral scents as much it also comes in orange. Most likely people won't know you bought this from an adult store so you could leave this out without getting asked questions except maybe where they could find a jar for themselves.
    • Easy to use / dispense
    • Minimal
    • Would make a nice gift
Follow-up commentary
Sweet and seductive, this balm is always a pleasure to put on the lips. The sweet scent and taste lasts long enough to lighten up your mood. I have all kinds of lip gloss, and this is my go to balm. I've had it for two months, and I'm not even half way through the jar. This stuff is great.
