Liberator wedge - position pillow by Liberator - review by liilii080

You've heard it over and over again- that the Liberator Wedge will change your sex life. People rave about it. They tell you how comfortable it is, how it makes different positions easier, and that it added some spice to their usual routine. Well, I'll just confirm that the rumors are true and the Liberator Wedge is an investment piece worth having in everyone's collection.

The wedge comes in 3 colors: black, royal blue, and purple (I got mine in black). Though I wish it matched our bedroom decor a little better, it fits under the bed and no one else really needs to be poking around in there right? The wedge is a little wider than I thought it would be. It's dimensions are 14 inches long by 24 inches wide by 7 inches tall. This leaves my average sized partner and I plenty of room to maneuver and even a some extra to spare. We don't have kids so I leave the wedge propped up on our bed amongst our other decorative pillows but we can easily hide it under the bed if company is coming. The downside to storing it under the bed is that the super soft, luxe microfiber will pick up spare hairs and fuzzies hanging around down there.

No worries though, care for the wedge is easier than most of my undergarments. The microfiber cover zips off and can be thrown in the wash (I use cold water only and the delicate cycle to keep it looking new and prevent fading.) Toss the cover in the dryer on low for a short cycle and you're back in business. The cover is actually really easy to zip on/off and maneuver around the inner layers. I was geared up for a WWE style throw down the first time I washed the cover but my posturing and angry faces were in vain. The nylon layer under the microfiber allowed the layers to easily slide together and I just had to jam the little corners of the pillow into the microfiber to get it back to normal. The middle layer of the pillow is a black nylon, zippered bag that just has to be wiped down with a damp cloth or even toy cleaner to remove any remnant. The inner foam pillow should never have to be treated or washed if you take care with the other 2 layers of your wedge.

About that inner foam pillow, the bit that actually makes up the wedge-it is firm and supportive. I find I can use it easily without buckling, bucking, or denting as long as my center of mass is not too close to the edge. It easily holds the combined 260 pounds of my partner and I together, though with us both on it, the wedge performs better on a firm surface like the tile floor over the surface of the bed (it sank in a little with both of us). Each time we finish with the wedge, it looks like new and I know this thing is going to last us a long time.

The wedge did come with a small users manual, care instructions, and images of many other liberator products you can buy (I'm going to need a bigger house for that collection!)
