Dream Massager G Isn't Quite a Dream!

Though the price is great, this product is not worth it to me. I think it could work well for specific body types, but it is by no means a 'one size fits all.' And if you have any questions as to whether or not it will work for you, I would move on to something else.

Use

The Dream Massager G is intended as a G-spot vibrator, but personally, I've found that it is best suited as a clitoral vibrator. The 'wave' appearance is visually appealing, but the added girth in the center incorporated with the hardness of it is more painful than anything. That being said, if you're someone who is built to handle it, this could turn out to be an exceptional toy for you. But if you're a smaller build, as I am, I would either suggest something smaller or something with more give to it.

Material / Texture

This toy has no scent whatsoever and has a very smooth texture. Though the texture is smooth, the toy is extremely hard with absolutely no give to it. I would not suggest this to a beginner, unless they only intend on external use.

Design / Shape / Size

The design, from the color to the shape, is definitely appealing, and with a low price most would dive right in, but I don't suggest that. The size is uncomfortable due to the hardness of it and is not suitable for beginners.

Though I will never use this as a G-spot vibrator, it works great as a clitoral vibrator! Now, if you're someone who requires super strong vibrations for a quick orgasm, I wouldn't suggest this. This is more of a gradual build, but it results in an extremely satisfying final event.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The base of the toy is the dial that turns it on and that also increases speed. The toy runs off of two AA batteries, and make sure you stock up on them! I have to change the batteries every other use to obtain the strong vibrations.

My favorite feature of the toy is that it's waterproof—nothing better than a little fun in the shower! And if you prefer a more quiet toy, this fits the bill. However, another downfall is that when the batteries start to go low—which, again, is annoyingly often—the toy gets much louder.

Care and Maintenance

This toy is extremely easy to clean! All it requires is a little soap and warm water, but keep in mind that it cannot be sterilized, so if you plan on sharing, be sure to use a condom with it.

Another perk is that you can use either water-based or silicone-based lube with this toy.

Storage is simple. You can store in a plastic bag, drawstring bag, or 'toy box'—whatever you prefer.

Packaging

The packaging isn't anything to rave about. You can clearly see the contents of the package, and the package states that the toy is quiet, that it's made of Rubber-Cote, and that it's waterproof. The package does include care instructions and instructions on how to insert the batteries.

Personal comments

I personally was rather disappointed with this toy. It doesn't fit my body, is painful upon insertion of anything more than the tip, which didn't reach my G-spot, and requires you to spend a fortune on consistently changing the batteries. I enjoy using it on my clit, but due to constantly changing the batteries and the bulky size, I typically use something smaller that doesn't eat through batteries but delivers the same results.

Overall, I think the toy is durable and well made, but I would not suggest it to anyone.

It could have used more detail, but over all it was great.

You say that this toys eats batteries... have you tried rechargeable batteries? Most toys will work fine with them, and they last longer than regular ones. Plus, although they're a bit pricey when you first get them, they can be recharged dozens of times, possibly hundreds...

  • Battery Problem HELP!!!!

      It was tricky to place the batteries since it was difficult to push it down. Now its STUCK!!!!! Does anybody know how to remove them? I tried pushing them down a little further so the springs could push back, but didn't work. It sucks b/c my vibrator's new ;(
    • Maybe a pair of pliers if they're sticking up at all?
    • As a last resort, you could super glue a dowel or rod to the battery and pull it out.
