It was tricky to place the batteries since it was difficult to push it down. Now its STUCK!!!!! Does anybody know how to remove them? I tried pushing them down a little further so the springs could push back, but didn't work. It sucks b/c my vibrator's new

Maybe a pair of pliers if they're sticking up at all?

As a last resort, you could super glue a dowel or rod to the battery and pull it out.

That's another good idea.

Yay, I was able to removed them after all! Although I can't help but feel embarrassed for not thinking about it, heh ^^; Since the batteries I used are the rechargeable type, the diameter is a bit big than the average battery which explains why they tend to get stuck inside the vibrator. Thanks so much though!

I suggest pliers, does it seem like the spring is broke? Does it work at all?

If it happens again you can return it as malfunctioning

That means you can either get a new one or a refund

Wow, it's nice to know that rechargeable batteries are slightly bigger than the others.

This happens to me ALL the time. what i do when the batteries get stuck is take a very small flathead screwdriver (the kind you would use to repair glasses frames) and use the flat part as a sort of wedge or lever to pull the batteries out little by little. it usually works for me.

I was going to suggest the screwdriver trick, but I'm too late I see.

Really thought they would give enough room for rechargeables...

Glad you were able to get the battery out. Have you looked at other rechargeable batteries to see if they are closer to standard size? I have some energizers that we use and they seem to fit into everything fine.
