Great Value for the Money!

If you love lots of texture, length and size to a vibrator this is for you! Its pointed bullet shaped design makes pinpointed stimulation easy. Although it takes C batteries and is harder to clean, its pros outweigh its cons. For its performance, it’s a great value for the money. If you want to try texture for the first time, Pleasure Petals is a great option.

Use

Eden Fantasy’s Pleasure Petals is a great traditional vibrator for the money. It’s fairly large in length and width and has lots of texture. It can be used on your clitoris or for vaginal use. There are a lot of options with this vibrator.

Please don’t use this anally! There isn’t a flared base. Even though it's big, it could definitely get lost up there!

I was really surprised by Pleasure Petals. I got it as a free gift with one of my Eden Fantasy’s purchases. I wasn’t really expecting much from a $14.99 vibrator. However, it really delivered for me! I love the texture and length. It’s perfect for you if you are looking for a versatile strong vibrator with lots of texture. I definitely recommend it for the price.

Material / Texture

Pleasure Petals is made out of plastic, a fairly safe material. It rates an 8 out of 10 on Eden Fantasy’s safety scale. It is hypoallergenic and latex free. It is definitely a hard plastic material with no give or flexibility. I like the harder material because it is easier to pinpoint stimulation. If you like harder toys, then this is definitely a good pick. The plastic is hard but is comfortable to the touch. There is no noticeable drag. There is one seam on the toy, but it was not noticeable to me upon insertion. Pleasure Petals had no notable smell when I took it out of hte package.

I love the texture on this vibrator! If you love texture I would definitely try this toy. If you prefer smoother toys, stay away from Pleasure Petals. I loved the textured flowers when I inserted the toy. It felt really good! Just turning it in circles felt great and thrusting was amazing! Although, be sure if you thrust to start out slow as the texture can initially be overwhelming.

Because of the texture and bigger size, I would only recommend this toy for average to advanced users.

Design / Shape / Size

Pleasure Petals is shaped like most traditional vibrators with a bullet shaped look. I love the pointed end on this vibrator. It makes pinpoint simulation really easy on the clitoris (or wherever you please). I really like the design of flowers on this vibrator. There are various flowers and vines. The pointed top of the toy is nice and smooth.

Pleasure Petals is a fairly large toy. It has a length of 7” and an insertable length of 6 1/2”. I love how much of this vibrator you can insert! This vibrator is big enough to fill my entire vagina. I really like the full fealing it gives me. Pleasure Petals has a circumference of 4 ¼”, and a diameter of 1 ¼”. It’s definitely a big vibrator. If you prefer smaller toys, I wouldn’t get this one. Pleasure Petals is best for average to advanced users because it is on the bigger side.

Since this vibrator is a little big, I wouldn’t travel with it. However, it is fairly easy to hide in a box or wherever you please.

Functions / Performance / Controls

At the bottom of Pleasure Petals there is a plastic screw cap. You unscrew the cap and put two C batteries in. I’m not really a fan of C battery operated vibrators because they are normally louder. Plus, C batteries aren’t cheap and I don't have many vibrators that use them. When you take the cap off, there is a paper wrapped inside. LEAVE the paper in! I was about to take it out but it says on the wrapper to leave it in because it helps reduce noise during operation. At the top of the cap, there is a screw dial to control the vibrations. There are no buttons to worry about! All you have to do is turn a little wheel. It’s very easy to operate.

The vibrations in Pleasure Petals are fairly strong and are located near the top of the toy. They are deep rumbly vibrations. There are no patterns just a steady vibration. I found this toy strong enough to use clitorally or vaginally. When used vaginally, I was able to locate my G-spot and simply lay the pointed end on it. I like the pointed end because you can pinpoint stimulation on whatever area you please. What can I say? I had fun with this toy.

I will say that Pleasure Petals is loud, but definitely not as loud as I though it would be. Plus, when it is inserted you can’t hear it as much. I tested it out and I could barely hear it through a closed door. However, I probably wouldn’t use this vibrator in a dorm type setting. One annoying thing about this toy is that when it comes in contact with pressure the speed decreases a bit. It’s still powerful, but not as powerful as it could be.

Care and Maintenance

My main complaint with Pleasure Petals is that it can be hard to clean. The texture feels wonderful; unfortunately fluid tends to get stuck in the little grooves. I washed it in warm water, wiped it off, and found fluid still stuck on the toy! I suggest using a toothbrush or something to get it off. Also, if you are going to wash this toy make sure you remove the batteries first since this vibrator is not technically waterproof. You can use a wipe to be safe.

I store Pleasure Petals in a plastic bag like I do with most of my toys. Since it’s plastic, you can use silicone or a water based lubricant.

Packaging

Pleasure Petals was placed in a clear plastic Eden Fantasy’s case. There weren’t any instructions with the toy. It’s not discreet because you can see the toy through the box. However, you could reuse the package if you wanted to. I recycled mine.

Personal comments

I’m rating this vibrator 4 stars out of five. Although it is powerful and textured, the C batteries and cleaning time take it down for me. It’s a vibe I will surely use again, but I don’t know if it will ultimately become a favorite of mine. I normally prefer smaller powerful clitoral vibrators. However, I think a lot of people out there will love it, especially if you love texture. It’s a great traditional vibrator to start out with since it’s relatively inexpensive.

As I mentioned, I was able to use this for my clitoris. I normally need lots of power to orgasm, and Pleasure Petal’s definitely delivered for me. I wasn’t able to achieve a total orgasm on my G-spot, but I still had fun with it vaginally.
Follow-up commentary
I still love this vibrator! It's just not really practical for me because it takes C batteries. I love its texture and price. I still recommend it if you're looking for an inexpensive vibrator.

Great review! I got one of these too as a freebie but I haven't used it yet since I don't have any C batteries around the house and I haven;t had time to run to the store.
