Pleasure petals - traditional vibrator by NMC Ltd - review by RomanticGoth

This Flower Looks Familiar

Looking for a cute, yet powerful toy? Maybe looking to experiment with texture? This toy is great for beginners and is super easy to use thanks to the dial base. All you need is two C batteries and you're good to go!
Cheap, easy to use, cute design.
Loud, buzzy, may be too hard for some. Not waterproof.

extremely useful review

This is your traditional standard hard plastic vibrator. Pleasure Petals features a raised floral patterned texture. It can be used for clitoral or nipple stimulation as well as vaginal or anal penetration. It has an easy to use dial base, and uses two C batteries. It would be great for beginners or someone looking to experiment with light texture.

Material / Texture

The Pleasure Petals traditional vibrator is made of a rigid pink plastic. It feels velvety to the touch and has a unique raised floral design for slight added texture. The dial base is made of a clear plastic. The slight point at the tip may be uncomfortable for some.

The raised floral design can be felt more on the outside of your body, such as when it is traced along the nipples or clitoris. I can't notice any of the texture when it was being used for vaginal penetration.

Pleasure Petals has a light plastic-y smell to it that hasn't gone away in the few months that I've had it. The smell isn't strong at all, but you have to get really close to notice it. Since this toy is made from plastic, it is safe to use any type of lubricant with it.

Design / Shape / Size

The Pleasure Petals vibrator is pretty standard. It is roughly 7 1/2 inches long and about 1 1/4 inches wide. The insertable length is about 6 - 6 1/2 inches. Some users may find it too big for their liking. Pleasure Petals is such a no frills toy, that it can just be tossed into your purse for easy travel and on the go play.

I got this toy as a free gift from Eden Fantasys. When it showed up, I thought, "Wow! This looks familiar!" It does! It looks exactly like the Little Flower vibrator. The color is slightly off, Pleasure Petals is more of a salmon-y shade of pink while Little Flower is more of a girly pastel pink.

The unique floral design reminds me of daffodils or lilies with a dandelion puff floating above. It looks a lot cuter on the bigger toy.

Functions / Performance / Controls

Pleasure Petals is pretty basic, no frills sort of toy. All you need is two C batteries and you're ready to play. The screw off base is one of the easier ones to open and close. I have no problem getting this one to close properly and I have bad arthritis. It's a nice perk!

The easy to use dial base on the bottom makes finding the right power level quick and painless. The dial is easy enough to turn up or down during playtime if you have a free hand. It goes from a low buzz to a high buzz in a quick turn of the dial. The noise level seems to vary each time it is turned on.

Don't remove the paper lining from inside the toy, it may damage it or make the batteries rattle.

Care and Maintenance

This toy is really easy to take care of thanks to it being made out of a nice hard plastic. All you need to do to keep your baby clean is... once you've removed the batteries, of course! Is wash it with soap and water, a toy wipe or cleanser, or a 10% bleach solution.

Because of the texture, you may want to invest in a nail brush to give the little nooks and crannies a thorough cleaning.

Pleasure Petals can be tossed in your toy box without fear of breaking or staining anything. Although, she can get stained by darker toys.
    • Easy to clean
    • Easy to store

This came in a clear plastic container with the Eden Fantasys logo and webpage information on it. It wasn't worth keeping for storage or pretty enough to gift the toy in. The booklet that came with the toy had the basic information in it, like how to properly insert the batteries and such.

It was tossed into the recycling bin with the rest of our plastics and paper.

Personal comments

This isn't one of my favorite toys. I don't really care for anything too hard or with a pointy tip. The design is cute and girly, but not really my taste.

This toy is pretty generic. The easy to use dial base is nice and I love that the battery case is easily opened and closed. But, this toy is too loud and buzzy for me. Buzzy toys like this one make my clit go numb within moments. The volume varies each time it is turned on, sometimes it can be quiet, other times it's like a construction yard fell into my bedroom.

This will be another one that will be added to my box of abandoned toys in the closet.
Follow-up commentary
This is still a little too hard and buzzy for my tastes, but it works nicely for clitoral stimulation. The sound level seems to change every time it gets turned on and it has started randomly turning on if the batteries are accidentally left in.

Its also like the signed in the shower vibe. I don't have this one but I have the two smaller ones by different companies.

@unfulfilled I thought it was rather generic.
