These Petals Attract Too Many Bees!

If you're a fan of texture and power, this vibrator is a great choice. For me, the texture was overwhelming, but I was able to appreciate the strong vibrations while using this vibrator externally. However you choose to use this vibrator, you should just be aware that the toy is insanely loud, and that the texture can be a bit much.

Use

Awhile back, this toy was available as a free gift with any purchase. It's not a toy that I would ordinarily pick up, but I figured it was worth a try as it was free. Now that I have it, and have used it several times over the past few months, I can say that it's not as bad as I thought it would be. That said, it's not as good as I would like it to be, either.

Anyway, moving on.

This traditional vibrator is a bit large in size, but it's still perfectly suitable for all users. If you don't like texture, however, you should avoid this toy, as it features a fair amount of texture.

If you're a texture fan, this toy would be good to use vaginally. It's a little firm for my liking, and the texture is too much for me, but others may appreciate what it has to offer. Keep in mind, however, that there is no g-spot curve to this toy, so this probably won't do much for you there.

Being that I'm not a texture fan, I prefer to use this toy externally. It feels excellent as a clitoral vibrator, due to the way the head comes to a rounded point. The head just allows for great pinpoint stimulation.

This toy is not safe for anal use, due to the fact that it does not feature a flared base. The size of this toy does make it unlikely to get lost in your bum, but better safe than sorry! This toy is also not suitable for water play, as this toy is not waterproof.

Material / Texture

This toy is made out of food-grade plastic, which rates as an 8 on Eden Fantasy's safety scale. The plastic on this toy is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and both phthalates and latex free, making it a great choice for those who have allergy problems with some materials.

The plastic has a slight velvet texture to it. It doesn't feel cheap at all, which was surprising. Instead, this material actually feels very durable! The material does not have any noticeable scent, or taste, in my opinion.

The head of the vibrator is smooth, but the body of the vibrator features some texture. The texture comes from the little flowers and leaves that are along the shaft of the toy. I feel that the texture may be a little too much for beginners, and even for most users. I know that, for me, the texture was very overwhelming, and uncomfortable.

Design / Shape / Size

This is a traditional vibrator. It doesn't resemble a real penis, but it's also not discreet either. Looking at this, there's no way that anyone would mistake it for anything else.

The traditional vibrator is fairly large in size. It measures about 7" long, with 6 1/2" of that being insertable. It's also about 1 1/4" in diameter. While this is fairly large for a traditional vibrator (in my experience), it's a decent size for users of all experience levels.

The overall shape of this is very basic. It's, essentially, just straight, aside from the head. The head of the toy comes to a sort of rounded off point, making it thinner than the rest of the toy.

Other than the texture, there's not a lot to say about the design. The texture starts about an inch below the head, and it continues all down the shaft of the toy.

Functions / Performance / Controls

This vibrator runs off of 2-C batteries. Prior to this toy, I had never used a toy that required C batteries When I put in two brand new C batteries and turned the vibrator on, I was surprised at just how powerful this toy can be. C Batteries apparently pack a lot of power!

To insert the batteries, you simply twist off the little cap at the end of it. Put the batteries in, then twist the cap back on. Now, you're ready for the fun!

This vibrator has a dial-based control. This means that you simply need to turn the dial in order to turn the toy on. If you want to turn the toy off, you simply turn it back in the opposite direction.

This toy doesn't have a lot of variation. It's listed as being a multi-speed vibrator, but it really seems to only have a low and a high speed. The low setting is about two vrooms, whereas the highest setting is about 4 vrooms. Noise wise, I find that this toy is incredibly loud, even when I keep the paper insert in. I'd say it's around 4 bees.

Care and Maintenance

Caring for this toy is easy to do, although you do need to be careful to not fully submerge this toy as it's not waterproof. In order to clean this toy, you can use warm water and antibacterial soap, a toy cleaner spray, or even a toy cleaner wipe. Be sure to spend a little extra time cleaning the area around the flowers, as sometimes bodily fluids (or lubricant) can get stuck in those areas.

As for lubricant, this toy can handle silicone, oil, or water-based lubricants. I think that you're going to need a good lube with this toy, due to all of the texture.

As for storage, I simply store this in my toy box. There aren't any special storage requirements for this one, though I do recommend that you remove the batteries when the toy isn't in use.
Follow-up commentary
This toy has made its way into the trash. It was powerful, and it felt good as a clitoral vibrator, but I never loved it. The texture was overwhelming for me, and I found that the toy was difficult to clean. Body fluids and lubricant would get stuck in the little flower and leaf designs, and it was nearly impossible to get clean.

Thanks for the great review. I'm so happy to hear this is a great toy for the price. You can rarely find powerful, quality vibrators at this price. It's just too bad it's so loud.

Very pretty, but I don't like C batteries. :/ Sounds like a great toy for that price, though. Thanks for the review!
