Nothing says submission, and makes grown men quiver quite, like a pair of handcuffs. They always have that half second "deer in the headlights" look, when you approach them with a pair dangling from your hand, and a sly smirk on your face.

These are not cheap toy handcuffs, but they aren't the real thing that they slap on you before shoving you into the back of a cruiser after making some poor choices either. There is an easy to reach and use quick release lever on each side, slightly above where the thumb rests. Hard core BDSM'ers, or those wanting to get hardcore, probably won't like this feature; but the opportunist will appreciate it. The quick release is handy for panic moments ("I changed my mind!"), comfort ("Wait, stop, this is killing my wrist!"), and spontaneity ("Forget the foreplay-just DO ME!").

The actual furry bits are fake fur sleeves, which just slip on over the working cuff part. So in reality you're getting an accessory that gives you options. Use the sleeves for more sensual moments or for more wrist comfort, and take them off for a more serious bondage night. The furry sleeves can also be washed by hand in cold soapy water without damaging the metal cuffs this way as well. My only complaint about the fur is the picture shows them as being very plush, which they aren't. It's not a very dense fake fur, and someone with bony wrists may still not be comfortable. It would be very easy and inexpensive, however, to make sleeves from better fake fur bought at a craft store.

The set comes with two keys, both of which I've never actually used to get out of the cuffs, and I'm pretty sure they've been lost forever. I've only ever used the quick release myself. I think including keys is a little superfluous, and maybe useful only for aesthetics. The keys do work in the allotted key holes, however.

As stated earlier, these are not the cheap toy handcuffs kids play with for cops and robbers. The chain is quite strong, and my pair has put up with a lot of abuse in the time I've used them. If you have a good little submissive that won't undo the cuffs themselves with the quick release (unless that's part of the game), they will definitely do the job.
