The clamps' nicest feature is their adjustability. A small screw easily turns to hold open the clamp a little or a lot, so that more or less pressure is placed on the nipple. If a clamp is too loose, it will tend to slip off, but that’s easy to fix by tightening up. Once you find the perfect fit, they’ll stay like that without re-adjustment.

The chain looks sturdy and unlikely to break soon. The tips of the clamps are dipped in latex, so they're comfortable to wear. If I could redesign the toy, I'd add a slightly longer chain. But I suppose that if you want to wear them under clothes, this length is best.
