Experience

For optimal use, make sure to play with these clamps for a while when you first get them -either alone or with a partner! Get a feel for the range of pressure, the positioning, how much or little to clamp, and how to put them on so they'll stay on. All bodies are different, and all nipples are different too! It might take a couple of tries to get them successfully clamped to your liking. The clamps work best when you know how to use them and are comfortable with them - otherwise it can end up being a bit of a distraction when you've moved onto other activities.
