These are best used as nipple clamps but also work well as general body clamps. This toy should work for anyone so long as they have the correct anatomy for them, which unfortunately I do not. Since these are adjustable they should be good for beginners or more advanced users as you can easily adjust the amount of pressure that is on whatever body part that they are connected to. Since these refused to stay on my nipples I used them as general body clamps to test their pressure and overall feel.

These are made of metal for the clamps and the chains, and are covered in latex (probably tool dip) for padding. These are nice and smooth. They feel good texturally, and are what you would expect with metal and a latex covering. However, if you were to pull off the latex the clamps have little teeth on them.

I think that the design of these is okay so long as you know that they will work with your anatomy. I would suggest that your nipples be either on the smaller side, or to be really, really squishy. If they are too firm these will just slide off and you will be disappointed. The chain on these is long enough to reach across the distance between nipples so that shouldn't be a problem.

So since my experience wasn't great with these I gave them to a friend. She likes them and they work for her, so I think you should really make sure that these will work for you before buying them. I get the feeling that these can be great, but you just have to make sure that they will fit or be prepared to utilize them in other ways.
