The Bullnose Nipple Clamps are exactly that; they're spring-loaded, stainless steel clamps with latex tips and grip. At the end of each clamp is a small ring with a chain keeping the two together. You can't lose one without losing the other, and it also gives the opportunity of added pressure by pulling the chain.
